I like to use these memory foam pillows in tandem with regular pillows so I have one of each to choose from at any moment during sleep. I think it is the ideal method.Needs time to expand after opening.The pillow was easy to remove and it shaped up nicely. They even included more stuffing so you could adjust the stability and firmness. The pillow is super comfortable to lay on and very supportive. I like the coolness of the pillow while I sleep and the self- cleaning is pretty sweet too. The quality is outstanding for the price.
