It’s essentially plug-and-play with super easy setup and with everything configured for you to get the most out of your GPU. But what really sets these guys apart is their customer service. I had a little snafu with my order, and they kept responding to my messages through the “contact seller” portal, even after my order was accidentally canceled. They hooked me up by shipping on the same day I had originally planned, and got the PC to me quickly. They even helped me troubleshoot through the same “contact seller” portal afterwards, bypassing their normal customer service process just to help me as a future customer. There honestly are not many companies that provide this quality product and service at the same time. This PC is amazing and well worth the price tag. I considered giving less stars for the headache of receiving days late while signature is required and I had to take time off of work multiple days for false "out for delivery" from UPS and Amazon, but chose not to. If you need a PC within a few DAYS, this is not for you. If you need a quality PC that has been inspected and guaranteed within a few WEEKS, I would buy this computer with no hesitation. I used to build custom PC's as a hobby back in the day and overclock the heck out of them but realized as I got older, I just didn't want to deal with buying each part separately and wasting time putting it all together anymore so I thought I'd give this company a shot - the PC arrived early, everything was nice and secure. The instructions (single page) were clear and it also included all the checks and stability testing done by the tech that built the system which was nice to see. Everything worked right out of the box and the price was also pretty good. Before I bought this system, I visited a couple of sites that let you custom build your own system and the total came out to about what I paid for this system so I'm pretty happy with the whole experience. Got at $2800, great deal for the current state of PC prices (all the components added up come to $3000+) The case has a nice seamless glass look, the build itself looks really clean. Performance is amazing. For someone looking to get a high end PC, this is probably the best choice on the market. The next step up would cost about twice as much to get a system with a RTX 5090, but the 5080 is more than powerful enough to run even the highest settings at high FPS (I play at 1440p). I am very satisfied with the speed. It runs quieter and cooler than my last PC, and I have no regrets. This is my first new PC in 13 years after building my own and I'm really glad I went with AI even though I knew little about them until now, the build quality is all there.
