Bought this unit a year ago for general spraying around the house. The battery pump is so much better than hand pumping. Had an issue with a part I broke and contacted customer service. Received a response within a day and a replacement part on the way the next day.

First, it leaks, especially when more than half full. So I went and got some 1'x1' gasket material (rubber is best; cork can be difficult to work with since it tears so easily. I made a paper cutout of the surface between the top and bottom, and cut the gasket to match. Be sure to leave a hole for the tubing. Next I sprayed some spray craft adhesive [eg, DAP contact cement]. Don't over spray, just enough make it stick [you may have to peel it off sometime later]. That solved the leakage problem. The plastic fill hose sucks. It has a goose neck bend only allows it to access the top half of the fluid. So back to the hardware store. I bought 1-1/2 feet of clear plastic 5/16" o.d, 3/16" i.d., the kind used for small water pump motors. Because the tubing came off a roll, it was bent too, so I used a heat gun to straighten it out. Note that this trick didn't work on the original tubing :( Also not that when charging the battery, don't be fooled if you see a green light. The battery is only fully charged when there are four lights [sorry, Capt. Picard]. If it weren't for these issues I would probably have given the unit more stars. The above problems could have been easily stars with only about a dollar in additional manufacturing costs. BTW, the so-called manual sucks too!

Just what I was looking for! Advice though, start up with a gallon of plain water first. Power up and you will find all the loose connections that need tightening. The sprayer tip is not fully adjustable to my liking though. I would prefer to limit the amount a little more than I can change on this tip. I do not find the shoulder strap usable for me. Four Stars overall.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this to use on my garden. I like to use natural materials to keep pests away so my veggies stay organic and I needed a way to spray it on my plants. This is very easy to use and came with a fully charged battery so it was ready to go right out of the box. It was quick to assemble and works really well. It holds a gallon or so of liquid. Honestly, anything larger would have been to heavy for me to use without struggling. The battery life is very long so I was able to get to all of my crops at one time.

I purchased this machine to do the pest control for my home and for my family as well. It is easy to use and put together. The battery doesn't last very long and there's too many places for it to leak evertime I turned around it was leaking from somewhere else and it's chemicals leaking out. I would probably try another one without so many spots it can leak from.

A very good product, although as often happens, the instructions left something to be desired. The use of illustrations (instead of text instructions) was somewhat confusing, as some parts of the wand were already pre-assembled, contrary to the illustrations. Nothing big, but we spent a few minutes puzzling over "where's these little parts that we need to put together?" Works very well; we use it for herbicide for killing weeds (which pop up year-round in coastal CA!).
