I was so excited about this product as my last hair dryer stopped working on me finally. It worked extremely well the first time, dried my hair in about 5 minutes and I have a lot of hair. I tried out each attachment and they all worked great. The second time I went to use it it would power on for a few seconds and then shut off. After messing with it I figured out that it got stuck in the lock position and wouldn't stay on, so I was able to lock and unlock it and then it worked the rest of the time. The next time I went to use it, it did the same thing. This time seemed to be because of some lint in the filter. But I just went to use it again and it will only stay on a few seconds. I cleaned the filter, I checked all the buttons and settings. I pressed the reset button on the plug, I tried the cleaning mode and it just won't work. Very sad.

Great hair tool. Dries hair quickly. I'm still trying to learn how to use the different heads but the only video they have is on a QR for social media i dont have and would have no access unless I have an account. Other than that I love it

I want to say I love this product but I can't. The power button never worked right and now it quit working already. Huge waste of money. The short time I was able to use it though I liked how it dried my hair and how it felt afterwards. I liked all the different tools it had and the versatility of being able to do multiple things with one product. Now I have to go find something else to get and use. This even came highly recommended to me.

I’ve had this a few weeks now, and I love it! Works great and at that price it’s a steal! Slightly loud and noisy but not worst than any other hair dryer or air tool. I love all the different settings and my round brush attachment doesn’t pop off like the Dyson’s. So glad I purchased, highly recommend!

Do not buy this. 1st time I got it one of the curl tools didn't work. 2 months later and it stops working. It will turn on for a few seconds. Get hot and then it'll cool down and shut off. For the price I paid. I should of just went to Walmart and gotten a cheaper one. Dont waste your money like me.

La secadora seca muy bien, los demás accesorios se conectan muy fácil, si quieres un producto fácil de usar y que tu cabello seque rápido este es muy bueno, ahora que si te decides por ella, aprovéchala todo lo que puedas por que después de un mes no va a seguir funcionando, e mirado varios comentarios que les a pasado lo mismo, al parecer es algo de pelusa en el filtro y aún que lo limpie siguió apagándose y tronando y haciendo pequeñas chispas en el área del filtro
