I purchased this combination air conditioner, dehumidifier, and heater on-line through Amazon Prime. The product arrived at my door earlier than expected and in good shape. After unboxing the item and reading the instructions I plugged the unit in and made sure it turned-on. Upon witnessing that the unit started-up normally I shut her back down and waited a day for the cooling system to adjust from shipping. The next day I tested the cooling system and heating system of the unit and all worked the way it should. I have not tested the dehumidifier component yet but I have no reason to believe that it does not function as it should since the A/C works perfectly. This self-contained tower is designed to vent the exhaust-air through an opening in a window. Thus, adjustable brackets are included to connect the exhaust hose for this purpose. The system is designed to work in a room 400 square feet or smaller. My area was only 112SF so the unit had no problem with cooling or heating my space. The unit comes with a hand-held remote control which works as it should. I am very pleased with the unit and the price I paid for it. The unit is portable as it is on casters. My husband and I bought this unit in April of 2025 for our sons loft room and by the fall the heating did not work and was blowing cold air. We gave up and got a tower heater instead. Now, less than a year from purchase, the cooling will not work. It is just blowing warm air. We are giving up and just getting a window unit. ... show more

This product is good does cool my room down ,heat works and dehumidifier works . Have to remember to check water in back pull the black plug to empty make sure you have a large cup to let water go into. Now the problem we had , could not have two electrical items on at same time . The air conditioner would trip breaker and shut down . In Massachusetts air conditioner has to have its own breaker so we had to pay to install a breaker . It cost us $450 dollars to add . So this unit cost us $750 total. AC suppose to be on a 20amp by self . Electrician stated, it’s a new Code due to arcing . This unit is pretty quiet it’s is big so definitely have to plan for a space . It was packed very nicely and easy to put together. It looks nice. I also like the remote. My building is a 12x24 and fully insulated. That is only 240 square ft. I set it to 70° thinking it shouldn't have any problems keeping up. After all, the building in almost half the size it is made for. After 2 days it shut off due to needing the water emptied. My husband made a drain hole so it would be able to drain continuously. Does it heat good? Not really. When I first turned it on, it blew cold air. I let it run for a while to see if it would heat up. It steal blows cooler air than what I was expecting. It runs a lot and still don't keep it comfy in there. I haven't tried the AC yet. So far so good.After reading some reviews after buying it ,I got alitte worried. The unit is alitte oversized for the room it's cooling 320 sq feet .It is alitte loud but the air it moves I can see why .I can feel it at least east 10 feet away , the actual breeze on my face .So I think that's a plus .So ,so far it's heating and cooling well. ... show more
