These headsets are good for the price. I recently began flying the Airbus A-320 from the CRJ 700/900 and had purchased this headset to replace my Bose A20 headset. I felt the Bose A20 was overkill for the Airbus flight deck due to the primary fact the A320 doesn’t play the GPWS, TCAS etc caution and warning sounds through the headsets (or at least on the 320s in our fleet). These headsets allow a good amount of sound in that still allows for important sounds to be audible all while fitting comfortably once you get them adjusted to your size and comfort. Overall they are less bulky and a good pair of headsets. I would recommend these headsets.

I purchased this headset based on the low price, and after a few uses I am happy with it. It is overall very comfortable, and the sound quality is good. Noise reduction is fine in a jet cockpit, but I don't think it would be ideal for a turboprop or piston cockpit - definitely not the same as ANR. The included protective carrying case is sturdy, but rather large, and the headset itself won't really fit into a smaller case without potentially damaging it. So it takes up a little more room than I'd expect in my briefcase. Overall, I am perfectly happy with this headset for the price.

I have had the headset for about 2 years now. It is not very comfortable to wear because it does not adjust to the back of your head so every time you lean back the entire headset shifts. Once you get adjusted to that it becomes easy to wear and I much prefer the in ear vs over ear for long periods of time. The biggest problem is my headset is now broken because the case is too small for the headset so every time you stow your headset in the case you have to fold it awkwardly and overtime this has caused the wire for the headset to crimp and break. Customer service is not very user friendly and now i am onto searching for a new sturdy in ear headset.

I purchased my model L-1 in January of 2019. It was a good value and it worked just fine for several years. However, I noticed the right earpiece was starting to fray a couple of weeks ago. Sure enough last week the audio went out of the right earpiece completely. Wrote the company about repairs and they answered that their warranty only covers 3 years after purchase and they recommended I just buy a new one. After all the high marks David Clark has for repairing their headsets that is not what I wanted to hear from UFQ. I need a headset that will last longer than 4 years or at the very least a company that will stand behind their product to help repair it. I was willing to pay for the repairs but wasn’t even given the option. I will look elsewhere for my new headset.

The concept of the connection should be reviewed. Mine was damage the very first day after 4 sectors changing aircraft. The box is absolutely not appropriate for intensive professional use. Overall very fragile. Sound quality is acceptable but volume cursors are useless. Not easy to adjust but when done it is quite comfortable. Could be suitable for aircraft owner who don’t need to remove the headset after each flight.

For the price I was expecting a cheap Chinese kinda Device but I've been fllying with it for 3 months now on an airline jet and has ben working flawlessly. Clear comms and comfy (after about an hour or so of adjusting it to my head shape)

I had to buy a replacement headset when I sent my main headset in for a repair. The price was good on this one, so I figured I would give it a try. I fly about 80 hours a month and have for several years, and I have tried quite a few headsets. This one is ok, but it is not as good as the brand name version of the same thing. It is significantly heavier (much heavier than I expected). The microphone and boom is where the majority of the weight is. The back wire and over-ear wire are ok but not nearly as bendable and comfort fitting as I would hope, but it is ok. It gets a little annoying after 7-8 hours, but it isn't bad. The sound quality is pretty good. I would recommend this one for cockpits that are fairly quiet to begin with, I don't think it would work too well in a single engine piston or a turboprop. All in all, I am glad that I got this, but I will switch back to my main one once it is refurbed. This will be a good back up for me, but doubt it will be my main one.

As a corporate pilot flying Jets also as a flight instructor flying GA aircraft’s I really love this headset. it’s very light and works amazing. I highly recommend this product for anyone trying to purchase aviation headsets with reasonable price👍
