Very happy with my purchase
I started my sour dough journey about 6 months ago and it was time I started scouring my bread with a blade and not a sharp knife. This has been a game changer. Bread lame
Nice and easy to use. I appreciate that it comes with multiple blades. They’re easy to put in, and it comes with a storage pouch, which is great because the blades are SHARP! I’ve used one blade now for a few weeks and it still cuts my bread dough nicely!

This was a little tricky at first but it is just a leaning process. It is a blade and is very sharp so be careful!. It does what it needs to do and it's cute and unique!

hard to get on with out cutting yourself
a little hard to spin with out cutting myself, came loose when scoring and the blade flew out.

Cute & Great for scoring sourdough
I needed something other than a knife to score my sourdough & happened upon this cute cutter! It works great and made some great cuts. I definitely would say maybe adults only using it as it probably isn’t the safest for if you have little helping you.

OUCH!! Buyer beware!
This thing is so dangerous! I’ve had it for a while and I’m always very careful when I change the blade but I can tell that it’s very slippery and it’s hard to gain leverage when you’re un-screwing and re-screwing it back on. Today was the day that I threw it in the trash because I got cut in three places just when I was tightening it on the last turn. See video. (that’s my kitchen and my bathroom looked equally as bad. I couldn’t get the Band-Aids on fast enough because I was bleeding so badly!)

Works Great! Perfect Size and Shape.
I use this on a regular basis when baking our sour dough bread. I also use it on my pie crust. Very easy to use and it is pretty to look at. I like that it came in a little pouch, to keep safe. It's a perfect size and the blades are really sharp.

Includes no instructions
The product has a nice little pouch to store it, and it comes with multiple blades in a small box. The only complaint I have at this time is that there are no instructions whatsoever! Like how far do I insert the blade into the lame? The blade has several open areas or holes running down the middle, so which opening does the middle screw of the lame go through? Also, the screw in the middle is quite tiny, so put your glasses on ladies before trying to open and close the lame.
