I have given very few reviews on Amazon in general. I searched for a shoe cabinet for about 3 months shoe deciding on this grey one. It was the least expensive and the only one around this price point with free shipping, so I bit the bullet and went for it. It has all the pieces (except i couldn't find the Y screws, but i was able to use extra of the T labeled screws) plus a few extras in case you lose some along the way, the directions were simple and easy to follow (unlike some pieces you have to put together), it was complete and made to be like real furniture where the thin back piece doesn't wobble and make noise. There's a cut out on the back piece, at the top, to secure it to the wall (I've never seen it done this way, but I love it). This is by far the easiest piece of furniture I've ever put together). It's beautiful and looks just as the photo. I couldn't be happier to hide my shoe clutter! Thank you for making an exceptional piece of furniture for a decent price! ... show more

This item is quality and beautiful. I was so impressed and shared the link on social media. EXCELLENT customer service!! Keep in mind there are TONS of screws and you will need a small screwdriver& a mallet. It would be nice if they provided the screwdriver at least for the price. This took me some time to put together as you are manually screwing the parts in. One of the pieces arrived damaged and they quickly confirmed and replaced the part. Also one of the screw packets toward the end was missing but was able to use screws from a different package to screw in the top drawer. When this came it was bigger than I anticipated. I always wanted one from ikea for years. But this one is much better as it is still a spare saver but with much more class. I will say I wish they would have put each letter screw individually wrapped. The lower case u and n look alike as the stickers were not put on the package right side up. Some were sidewase. I belive this is why at the end I felt like I had screw s for u missing so I just Jimmy rigged the rest of mix match screws to finish the storage space. Because we just wanted to be done we had a screw poke through the front a bit. Mind u i was very organized before starting. glad I read the other review of it being a 2 person job for the drawers. I was able to do the bottom myself but needed help for second one. Overall I'm satisfied. ... show more

When the item arrived one of the plastic brackets was broken. The company responded quickly. While they could not send another part, they sent an amazon link for the part and generously compensated me for the cost and time I would have to wait for the new piece to arrive. When I finally got it put together, I fell in LOVE! It looks so much better than many other shoe storage units I looked at. I also modified by purchasing and adding 4 inch legs, instead of the 6 inch legs that come with the item, so it would fit below my light switch. 10/10 would purchase again and see what else the company offers. The media could not be loaded. Was actually so excited to get this product because of the good reviews and price but was so disappointed. Delivery for the item was pretty quick but upon reviewing the pieces against the instruction booklet some holes were drilled incorrectly. I reached out to customer service and they were initially going to send replacement pieces but said they were out of stock. Immediately after they sent me a return label to return the package and they would resend me a completely new one. Most companies if there’s something wrong with the product will just let you keep the wrong one and send you a new one but I had to go out of my way to drop it off at a FedEx location by myself (mind you I am a petite 5’4” female) and the box was extremely heavy. Right after I dropped it off they messaged me and said for the inconvenience I’d be able to keep it but at that time it was already too late. The second one arrived a couple days later and STILL the holes were drilled wrong. I reached out to customer service again and they said that the booklet was incorrect and the pieces were correct (if this is the case the company should really be updating the booklet so it all matches). They told me to just build it and it should work and if I had any questions to reach out. I was halfway through building it and the pieces ended up being right but I ran into a separate issue. The round hinges and screws for the hinges would not stay in. I tried everything even as far as using a spare screw that was longer to see if that would fix the issue but it wouldn’t. Additionally two out of four of those plastic pieces did not have holes in them making it impossible for the screws to even be screwed into the wooden plank. Since that didn’t work the shoe rack was basically useless and unbuildable. I reached out to customer service for a full refund due to the multiple inconveniences and was given a hard time about it. They offered to send replacement plastics pieces and screws but they completely missed the point. The ones with holes and screws would not even stay in place so how would sending new ones work? I went back and forth the customer service (they were even going to make me take apart everything again send back this one again which is just ridiculous). They finally agreed to a full refund but 100% was not happy with customer service and would not recommend this product to anyone. Waste of time and money. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I just live this new shoe storage. It was easy to put together, although I did end up using a power drill. Even my husband said he liked the look of it. All our shoes fit well except the tall boots. My son and husband were a size 10 and e had to slightly turn their shoes or push them a little further in the shelf. Definitely worth the money. It took me about 4 hours to assemble, but I did it myself. A second set of hands would have made it quicker. Some parts are missing a lable (meaning that when you have 4 parts that are all the same, only one is was labeled), and I couldn't find some of the screws indicated in the instructions, so I've used spare ones instead. Not a big issue. I would recommend organizing all the screws and parts before you start, to make the process smoother. ... show more
