This gazebo is really well made and strong. The day after I put it up it was super windy...like REALLY windy. I used the sandbags it comes with (although I filled them with gravel) and I also bought extra bags, so I have about 200 lbs holding it down. I was concerned that the wind would bend the structure, but it didn't! It did sway, but never bent. However, the photo has the mosquito curtains neatly pulled to the corners. But in reality, they look very sloppy because they have "gaps" where the curtain just sort of hangs. Or, if you keep the curtains tethered at the center, it doesn't look very nice and you can only walk under the gazebo in the center. See pics to see what I mean. Unless I'm not doing this right...I don't know. Also, on the outside of the poles are decorative covers that hide the metal. BUT, the instructions tell you to put the screens on the outside of the poles...then how are you supposed to secure the decorative cover? Aside from these minor issues, it looks beautiful and is a great gazebo. UPDATE: Still going strong! I sat under it during a pouring rain storm and gazebo did not leak. Thinking of buying a second one for big parties! Netting is thin as expected and my dog has sharp nails so wondering how to order a replacement net. ... show more

I'm mean so far it seems to be holding up. The day after I took this picture it rained pretty heavy and the wind was high. The higher we put it the flimsier it became, so we put it on the 3rd notch. Right now it seems to have held up pretty good but I am weighing it down with 40 lb cinder blocks in each corner. If not for them, I think it would've blown over or bent the frame. I think the price could be cheaper bcuz if I hadn't added the extra weight it wouldn't have held at all. It looks good tho! ... show more

Updated stars. Due to seller being so helpful. At resolving this issue. Set up was simple. But a light 5 mph wind. And it is complete trash. Snapped rods all over. I would love to return for a refund. But there is no way it’s going to fit in the box. We are constant vendor. So we know how to properly stabilize and stake a canopy. ... show more

I was so excited for this canopy gazebo to arrived and when I open the box it was wrong order sent to me. They send me a table drawer. Seriously! You can do Better than sending a wrong order to your buyer. Then I return the wrong item they send me and placed another order and the second time the sent me the right stuff. It’s not very sturdy as Iwold like but it’s ok. Will see how long it will hold up by my poolside . ... show more

I like the gazebo and this would have gotten a 5 star if it didn't start raining the day after I set it up on our back deck. The thing is the fabric does let water pool on it a bit and anywhere the water pools it slowly leaks through the fabric dripping on the furniture and people underneath. When it gets dry again I'm going to try spraying it with scotch gaurd ... show more
