Purchased this based on other 5 star reviews for easy assembly. The instructions with pictures was easy to follow and it was an easy build. Very sturdy and most holes lined up properly. It is important to not tighten everything down except when you get to areas such as the roof where bolts will be covered up and inaccessible. It was very difficult to get to some bolts attached to the main post after the roof was installed. We did have one problem where the shipper sent the wrong screws which were supposed to be self tapping screws and we're not. Contacted the seller who responded very quickly however didn't resolve the issue. I went to the local hardware store and purchased self tapping screws which fixed the problem. Another issue after the build was installing the anchor bolts into the concrete patio. This gazebo is very heavy and once we had in position to anchor we didn't want to move it to install the concrete anchors. The anchors the seller sent wouldn't go through the holes on the post so I had to purchase some smaller ones at the local hardware store. If I had to do this all over again I would still purchase this from the same company since the assembly was easy and the problems encountered were minor. We love our gazebo, looks good!!

Does what it suppose to do: provides shade and looks good. Assembly instructions were clear for the most part. Few steps were missing, but they are easy to figure out. Sturdy construction. We like it.

Well made. Well fitted. Not as many pieces as I expected, with help went together in a couple of hours. Instructions were clear. I have a construction background,but the roof panels design are intuitive to how they properly overlap each other. All holes lined up very well. Pretty sturdy, but will strap it down in case of heavy winds. Paint finishes are excellent. This is exactly what I was looking for to finish off my deck. Highly recommend!

The price is good and the product is very nice. My wife and I love it. It came in four boxes and I put it together myself wasn’t too bad to do. Directions are pretty good to follow as well but I did a few things differently just because I’d worked out better.

Don’t start until you receive 4 boxes! And there is only one tracking number this gazebo was incredibly easy to build, I took about an hour to ensure that the parts I needed were sorted into 5 stages of building. After two days (with a lot of breaks, I work from home) this was complete and I feel like this is well built and sturdy! Remember… for the curtains.. odd numbers on long sides even numbers on short sides. Seller customer service was also responsive and helpful.

Overall, these gazebo was good value. I had some issue with the curtains and the seller resolved it promptly. Please note that what is not advertised by this manufacturer is something I think they should heavily advertise. The legs are solid 5.5 inches square, not the triangular flimsy thing you get with other brands. Even the costco bands come with triangular legs. Impossible to route cables nor are they as stable. But with this gazebo, I was able to add electric conduits, secure it with U brackets. The square leg is just a big advantage. 2nd, the roof panel designs are thoughtfully done so you don't need to do 1000 screws to secure them or have too many panels. What's missing to make this gazebo perfect is a rain gutter or water control. I would have paid 50-$100 more to get a built in water control. Infact, I almost didn't buy this due to lack of water control and after the first rain, I am convinced that a different product with water control is a better value in areas with more rainfall. If you live in the pacific northwest and your gazebo will be next to your house, consider a different brand with water control or plan to add your own gutters. You will regret not solving for this. I will be adding a gutter to mine and not crazy over the additional expense, but I would still highly recommend this gazebo over others. Overall, a good purchase. Let's see how it holds up in 3 years.
