I love this couch!! I was searching for weeks and then this popped up. I needed something smaller for my office/ guest room. The size is not too small, it could fit 2 adults easily, its not the softest but its comfortable enough (I watched a few movies laying down to test it out) My only complain was the gap behind the couch to the wall, however my remedy is to keep the backrest of the couch locked in the tilted option, I also utilize that space for pillows and blankets wich makes it a plus, so overall no complaints! See add a headline. I returned It, but had a hard time doing that. U had to call twice and go through the process twice. Told agent to send two, because it was heavy and cumbersome…..on driver came, a day later than my scheduled pickup date ( told by Pilot office I. Boise that he didn’t get the memo until the morning of the 23…to late to get it delivered that day. I have done, do business with Amazon often, but this certainly was a fiasco. Had this been my first attempt, I probably would not have done any more business with you.😝 ... show more

I bought this sleeper 7 months ago and unfortunately a wheel broke. I tried to reach out to Amazon but it was past the 30 day return. They recommended I reach out to the manufacturer, which I did. Judy was amazing. I showed some videos and sure enough they sent a BRAND NEW sleeper to replace the new one free of charge! Amazing. I love using this for my at home office. Perfect size. Finally set up this sofa bed. It looks nice and easy to assemble. However, it’s flimsy, and as pictures show, some screws got off the rails and got slightly broken, the other side is missing screws.
