They're pumpkin seeds. What can I saw? They don't have a shell, so that's a big plus. Easier to eat. You get a lot for your money. Another plus. They're organic. A third plus. And, finally, they're supposed to help with prostate problems. Tht remains to be seen, but I'm optimistic.
