I ordered this keyboard because I've been interested in trying out a mechanical gaming keyboard ever since my nephew extolled the benefits of using one to me. When I took it out of the package, I was surprised by the weight - it is a lot heavier than I was expecting. It was easy to pair using the dongle and with bluetooth (I ultimately went with bluetooth so I could save a USB port on my computer). The keys make a very satisfying muted clack sound when they are pressed, and they offer very little resistance to being pressed. It took me a little while to get used to how easily the key is pressed since I used to rest my fingers on the keyboard when I'm not typing. The keypresses are buttery smooth and I really enjoy using this keyboard more than any other keyboard I've used in the past. The LEDs under the keys are nifty too. There are a lot of different illumination pattern to choose from - I ultimately went with the one that only illuminates the key you've just pressed, but there is also an option to just turn the lights off altogether if you want. The keyboard came with 3 replacement keys and a tool for pulling keys out of the board if they need to be replaced, a USB-A to USB-C cable for charging or directly wiring the keyboard to your computer, a dust cover, and a handy quick-start guide that indicates the different keyboard shortcuts available. These shortcuts can control the behavior and brightness of the LEDs, switch between up to 3 different devices, and make up for the keys that were eliminated to make this keyboard a bit shorter (e.g. PAUSE, INS, HOME, PGUP, PGDN, END, and Scroll Lock). My only complaint (and it isn't much of one) is that the keyboard will power down after a minute or two of not being used to conserve battery in either of the cordless modes, so it misses a few keystrokes when you get back to typing. It was easy enough to get used to, and I don't believe this happens when it is plugged directly into the computer using the USB cable.

Overall I love this keyboard. The colors are nice and poppy, the switches are silky smooth, and it's easy to pair and connect with all the devices I've tried it with so far. However, I do have a couple of notes that actually dropped the score a bit for me. First, the switches are so silky that I've found they tend to respond to pressure a lot more than I'm used to even with other smooth switches. Their actuation is incredibly sensitive, so much so that I have found myself looking away for a second and coming back to a text box or line of code replete with "fffffffff" or "sssssssss". Of course, this is easily remedied by a quick backspace, but it's a little annoying. I get that this is mostly personal preference, but I am still bringing it up. The second thing is the volume knob. It's a very spinny lad, but unfortunately, not every spin actually results in toggling the volume level, so I often have to crank it several times in either direction before it will register with the computer. Also, my model arrived with a couple of the keycaps just loose enough that they didn't fall off and appeared level, but weren't completely attached to the board, resulting in some mistypes until I tightened them. This one doesn't factor into my score, but I wanted to mention it anyway.

I like this keyboard quite a bit. I think that the switches are creamy browns or something? I couldn't find a description but they have a good feel and sound to them. They are 5 pin so that makes swap outs easier! I think I still like the milky yellows I have in my EVGA keyboard a little better because it has a bit more resistance than the browns yet still have similar sounds and feel. The application to control your keyboard is a little tedious to download but using it is pretty straightforward. It is similar to other keyboard controllers I have used, but the LED patterns on this keyboard are unique from what I am used too. The lights are vibrant and work very well, but the keycaps are not shine through so if you need to really see the keys at night it might be a little harder with these. The keys feel a little wider and softer than other keys I have used. The volume control and connectivity of this keyboard have worked great out of the box. The battery seems to last a long time and even with the battery the keyboard is lighter than my EVGA budget keyboard. I think for around 60 dollars this keyboard is pretty slick especially if you want a unique LED lighting option, creamy 5 pin switches that can be easily swapped out, wireless connectivity, and a nice feeling and looking keyboard this is a great value option.

This is a bit of an interesting keyboard, the key switches itself are very smooth and honestly feel great, it is very sensitive though which can be a good or bad thing depending on your preference. In terms of design and layout, I'm not a fan of it, the colors don't really work well with any of my setups, I wish it was just plain white, and in terms of layout, I do like that there is the number pad but there are a few keys that were missing from above the arrow keys The volume knob is a nice addition, but it was not working too well for me
