This is a really nice little lamp. It's not going to light the entire room up but it adds a nice ambiance to the room. The included lightbulb is a warm color and easy on the eyes. I personally hate those bright white LED bulbs. The shade is pretty and has a natural linen look to it. The on/off switch functions smoothly and the cord is plenty long for where I need it. Yes, I love this miniature lamp. I can't get enough of them. I'm fascinated with lamps. Although I'm so in love with this lamp unfortunately my in-line switch does not work to turn my lamp on or off. I suppose it's flawed. So I rated it four Stars. Other than that I recommend.

POSITIVES: + Small lamp has a timeless style, blends in with most decors (traditional, modern, rustic, eclectic, etc). + 4W LED E27 2700K clear dimmable bulb is included (according to the top of the light bulb box). It's a warm golden Edison style LED light. Storing bulb in it's box, I'll explain why below. ASSEMBLY is easy: unscrew + remove plastic ring from lamp base, place lampshade ring down onto base, screw plastic ring back onto lamp base, screw in light bulb. NEGATIVE: Where light fixture meets the base, there is a silverish nut that is visible. It looks unfinished, isn't noticeable unless viewing base at eye level, no big deal. To see it, look at seller's 5th photo. FYI: Rocker on off switch is on the cord, about 16 inches from the base. NOTE: "About this Item" product description says cord, socket, plug are UL listed. I could not find a UL symbol on the box, user guide, light socket, cord, or base. It's possible I missed it somehow, will rate based on seller's information that this is UL listed. WHY I CHOSE THIS LAMP: Needed a small table lamp to house my motion sensing cordless LED light strip, in a hallway spot where I have a console table but no outlet. Motion sensor is secured with tape, peaks out at the top of lampshade. Fits + works perfectly, light comes on automatically at night when walking through the hallway, lamp cord is hidden & not plugged in. Light will still turn on (and can be set to stay on) at night, even if power is out! I really like the functionality of this dimmable yet bright cordless USB C rechargeable LED light strip, which I reviewed and highly recommend. A perfect atmosphere light to help cozy up the room. It is small about 12-15 inches in height, so it can fit nicely on a book shelf or desk or really anywhere. It is beautiful with the off white color so it matches nicely with all painted walls. Wish the electrical cord was a little bit longer.

It was very easy to assemble but there weren't the installation instructions weren't helpful for me because there wasn't any step-by-step process so I was confused about what to do. When I came back to do my review I saw the instructions and learned how to do it in the photo picture. So I think some sort of better instruction manual would be nice. Its a nice calm color and is small so doesn't take too much space. The light wasn't that bright and doesn't go too far - much more like an elevated desk lamp. ... show more

Handy lamp for my guest room. It produces a lot of light without the hassle of an oversized shade taking up room. Light is good, footprint is small and it’s just what I was looking for. Slight issue for me is the power control (on/off) is on the cord instead of on the lamp itself, so I have to be able to reach for the cord to get to the power. It’s fine, just an annoyance. Maybe a smart bulb that I could turn off and on verbally would be better? ... show more
