I've tried a number of gels over the years and these are among my favorites. I'm a triathlete and take nutrition seriously. These taste greatand they are thin enough to swallow without water if necessary. I've had Orange Mango, Pineapple, and unflavored and I like them all. I continue with Orange Mango because they have 10 more calories than the other flavors. If I had to mention a negative it would be that each pouch is bigger than some of the competitors. I think that's because the competitors have a denser product that is not as easy to swallow.

I’m currently training for a half marathon, I’ve tried dozens of other gels/chews/tabs and they have always left me with digestive issues. This one gave me lasting energy (1hour) and gave me NO digestive issues. The taste was good and I was able to maintain my speed for an entire hour of running followed by 39 min strength training.

Training for a half marathon. I’ve never used gels until now. I eat/drink one half way through my runs and it helps sooo much! I don’t eat anything with added sugar so I really appreciate that this is sugar free. The taste isn’t the greatest, but worth it for what it does!!
