The fit is very tight on the tarp portion, but the frame is very easy to set up, the hardest part is putting the bungees on the frame. I love the color of the tarp cover, and it’s the perfect size to fit my dirtbike and lawnmower and ice chest storage to keep them out of the elements. Actually really good. Got the 6x6 to store a large fridge in the garage in the winter. enough room for a small heater and the double door fridge, no more freezing. Tarp is pretty thick and nice. Very happy with it, I am disabled and was still able to put it together myself with a step stool and a lot of small breaks. No missing or damaged parts, only complaint would be that instructions were a little confusing but I worked it out.

ADVANCE OUTDOOR 13x20 ft Garage Tent Carport. Only needed pliers to tighten wing nuts on lower horizontal braces. No tools necessary, good instructions and watch the video. Common sense is required. Grandpa and 14 y.o. grandson had it up and done in 2hrs. Sturdy fabric seems great, the real test will be a storm. Other reviews gave positive on storm. It feels sturdy now. T'was set up 3 days ago. I feel good about this purchase. Fortunately I took into account parking a car with exterior mirrors and opening doors: 10' wide would be too tight. The 13'wide is worth a few extra bucks.

This arrived on time, well-packaged, and went up in about an hour with a little help. (76 year old here, had 2 younger helpers). The instructions need a little more detail. Note 1. Get an indelible marker and mark the poles, which are all labeled, but the labels will peel off. Note 2. After assembling the top and one side, drape the tent and attach the bungee cords before raising the second side. Note 3: Bottom rails: attach the middle first, then attach the two outer poles. When complete, you will have a very sturdy shelter that looks and feels like it would withstand a hurricane. The sky opened up as we finished anchoring it, and pounded rain for several hours. We have high hopes! Will update this later when we have experience with it.

This Garage ten was a great buy. the frame went together very easy and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I've had the car tent up with my truck parked in it now for a couple of months and it still looks great (new) and protects my freshly painted truck from wind and dust/dirt. I'll never go back to using car covers again since this carport tent does the job without touching the paint!

This is a fine product. The tarp material is heavy and the poles are sturdy. The tent like pegs that come with the shelter are not sufficient to keep it in place during very high winds. Mine was ripped from the ground and impaled on the clothe line pole. One pole broke and the tarp was torn. (This would have happened with any shelter given the 50 mph gusts) That being said, this company was awesome. Even though they had no duty to do so, they replaced the pole and the tarp quickly. I used 3' metal stakes from Home Depot to anchor the corners and have had no further issues. The product is very good and the company is even better. If you live in an area with high winds definitely consider using extra long stakes to secure it.

I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because it ships with wing (butterfly) nuts instead of standard hex nuts. Hex nuts would have made it much easier to use a drill when attaching the bottom rail. I tackled most of the installation on my own, which is why it took me about 4 hours. The last 20% my 80-year-old mom helped with, so it’s definitely DIY-friendly even if you’re working solo. The order arrived in four separate boxes over a couple of days, so plan ahead if you want to build it right away. We put it up in light rain, and it held strong through a heavy downpour right after finishing — no leaks at all. Overall, very solid and I’d recommend it.
