Not to sure about the full effects that’s described I did notice a difference but it was very minimal. They were sealed and shipped well so no worries there. Just the price is high compared to comparable products on the market.

I’m less than a week into using this product and can already feel the benefits. I’ve used ashwaghanda and products with several of the other ingredients here in the past with some smaller effects but not to the extent of Jocko Go. It’s not an immediate reaction and you should definitively gauge your tolerance. The recommended dose is 3 pills 1-2x daily. I started with 1 in the morning and then 2 in the afternoon. I’m now doing 2 twice daily. What I feel most from this product is a big reduction in brain fog, increased mental clarity, and a slight boost to energy/motivation. I’ve also been a fairly consistent gym go’er for most of my life and now at 36 i sometimes feel that mid workout drag, this has eliminated that even 6-7 hours after my second dose. Overall I’m very pleased and will be ordering again.

I'm not an athlete, I'm an old Marine still working a blue collar job and taking care of small midwestern acreage on the weekends and evenings. Nearly 60 and still building a life, I can get into the early afternoon and feel spent. With Discipline GO I can keep working until it gets too dark to plant a fence post. Often I will take three at lunch, before I burn out, to avoid the drag of pulling myself back up after my energy has crashed thus saving the lost hour of dragging after a midday break. Last Saturday in 96 degree heat Mrs. G and I took our Discipline Go mid-morning and staying well hydrated with Jocko white tea ice cold with the steeped ginger from the ginger ale wort we made the week before dug a bunch of four foot holes with a one man power auger for our 10' hedge posts. Feeling pretty good we took three more Discipline Go mid-afternoon and kept drinking the tea by the gallon until it was too dark to see. We retired to the back porch, popped open a couple home made ginger ales and just watched the stars. Like we were kids again. Expensive only if you discount the afternoons work, the joy of the day and sense of accomplishment getting all that work done. Think what you want, but that's my experience.

First time ever trying nootropics and I have to honestly say that it worked for me. I usually drink 2 only instead of the full serving size (3 capsules), but that's enough to give me energy and focus to keep me going in the afternoons. Sometimes I'll use it in the mornings as well and it gives me great focus and eliminates that morning grogginess. It's nothing crazy and it doesn't give me jitters compared to when I drink a lot of coffee. The effects, as far as stimulation is concerned, are mild its not crazy energy compared to a pre workout and sometimes I am left with a feeling of needing more because of how used to the jitterness I am when drinking caffeinated products. HOWEVER, it won't take me long to realize just how effective this product is when I am at work focusing on my duties and I feel this great sense of concentration, focus, mental stability and clarity. I truly recommend you give this product a shot. Like I said, this is my first nootropic product and I don't know if there's better value to be found in other supplements or individual products, but this product does what it claims to do and it comes from a person that I follow on social media and admire as well.

I’ll be honest, every single time I’ve taken these, all I feel is a slight energy boost from the caffeine within about 30 minutes of them… However, I also actually feel ‘spacey’ and they seem to mildly upset my stomach every time…. I’ve also noticed I’ve been getting mild headaches lately….and I absolutely never get headaches…. I haven’t changed anything else in my daily routine or supplementation, just these… I’ve now taken these a handful of times, spaced out, so I have a better sense of how they affect me. Not a fan. Especially for the price…. I would submit a refund but it’s a used supplement at this point, so I’ll just toss them and count it as a loss and lesson learned… I’m a huge fan of Jocko, but these just are not it, for me at least…

I feel the same mental clarity as a mushroom complex but it’s causing me to stutter, use the wrong words, and is causing trouble with sleep. I have started to consume half the amount of caffeine as usual since it has caused me trouble with falling and staying asleep. I have been taking this supplement for one week now and I have noticed a remarkable decrease in brevity. I’m not using the correct words when I speak, and I’ve started stuttering, which has never been an issue until I started this supplement.
