I’m less than a week into using this product and can already feel the benefits. I’ve used ashwaghanda and products with several of the other ingredients here in the past with some smaller effects but not to the extent of Jocko Go. It’s not an immediate reaction and you should definitively gauge your tolerance. The recommended dose is 3 pills 1-2x daily. I started with 1 in the morning and then 2 in the afternoon. I’m now doing 2 twice daily. What I feel most from this product is a big reduction in brain fog, increased mental clarity, and a slight boost to energy/motivation. I’ve also been a fairly consistent gym go’er for most of my life and now at 36 i sometimes feel that mid workout drag, this has eliminated that even 6-7 hours after my second dose. I get it - it’s expensive and you want to know if it at least works. As a clinician (RN) and athlete invested in evidence based practice, empirical values, and a quantifiable effect, it can be hard to argue for a product that boasts nootropic effects. But with this state of mind, lets move forward. I couldn’t tell you that I am free from a placebo effect, but I can tell you how I utilized this product. I took two capsules after my morning coffee for morning PT, and I felt like I had a clearer head and better mental focus. I was confident in my physical ability and minimized distractions. I’m fully aware of the caffeine content in this product, and it did not send my heart racing nor make me jittery even with coffee. I took two at noon and went from procrastinating on my run intervals to accomplishing my run with clarity, a game plan, and good performance. This product definitely can help you reinforce a “get after it” attitude if you’re feeling a little more unmotivated or run down than usual. I can’t wait to utilize it when I hit my judo trainings. Edit: gotten somewhat sick recently, and of course experienced the subtle brain fog that comes with. This is the first product that I noticed gave me improved energy, focus, and critical thinking improvements. They are noticeable and actual. It seems more like an improved background, level of focus and energy, but not like if you were to drink an energy drink and feel amped, it gives me an edge each day that I didn’t have before so I will be consistently taking them going forward ... show more

    • It defininitely worked!
First time ever trying nootropics and I have to honestly say that it worked for me. I usually drink 2 only instead of the full serving size (3 capsules), but that's enough to give me energy and focus to keep me going in the afternoons. Sometimes I'll use it in the mornings as well and it gives me great focus and eliminates that morning grogginess. It's nothing crazy and it doesn't give me jitters compared to when I drink a lot of coffee. The effects, as far as stimulation is concerned, are mild its not crazy energy compared to a pre workout and sometimes I am left with a feeling of needing more because of how used to the jitterness I am when drinking caffeinated products. HOWEVER, it won't take me long to realize just how effective this product is when I am at work focusing on my duties and I feel this great sense of concentration, focus, mental stability and clarity. I truly recommend you give this product a shot. Like I said, this is my first nootropic product and I don't know if there's better value to be found in other supplements or individual products, but this product does what it claims to do and it comes from a person that I follow on social media and admire as well. ... show more

    • Great ingredients, no results
I gave the product a try, I have a lot of respect for Jocko. The ingredients seemed perfect, everything that works well with me but for some reason I just didn’t get the results I wanted. Usually by the end of the bottle you start to notice results, but with this I didn’t notice anything. Not sure why, maybe potency or quality ? I can’t say but hopefully they can improve, until then it’s a bit pricey with no results. ... show more

    • Good but could be stronger
I have to double the dose so I take 6 in the morning and I'm good for the day. They really do give me energy and I feel way less brain fog. If I take 3 I can tell a difference but it's just not quite enough. I will more than likely be ordering again I just wish they were stronger, 40 dollars for a 15 day supply when you take 6 a day is a little expensive for me. ... show more
