Flavor Name: Strawberry Lemon - 50 Servings
There are 10 ingredients, 6 pf which are critical and clean minerals. It tastes quite good (I've only tried Strawberry Lemonade but will try others), sugar and gluten free, and does the job in quenching thirst. My only very slight complaint is that it doesn't mix as well as other powders, but there are also no anti-caking agents either. This is about as pure as it gets if you want clean electrolytes!

I like Dr. Berg and this product seemed to be what I was looking for and cheaper than some other brands. The grape flavor takes some getting used to as well as the stevia taste, I don't normally drink flavored waters but I do get down 16 oz of this everyday now with no issues. I think I can feel a difference with my energy, also helps to drink a tad at bedtime.

After working outdoors drenched in sweat all day I tend to get terrible leg cramps at night if I don't take in electrolytes throughout the day. I recently tried Dr. Berg's Electrolyte Powder for the first time (POMEGRANATE & CHERRY FLAVOR.) The product works great for me; no cramps at night after using it. It seems refreshing when I drink it. Here's the problem: it has a very off-putting taste and a smell that sort of reminds me of guava. Or Malathion. I can hardly bring myself to drink the stuff. The stevia aftertaste is one thing (mixing it a little on the diluted side takes care of that) but this is something else altogether. The product works so well I'm going to order it in another flavor and see if that makes a difference. As for the Pomegranate & Cherry Flavor, I think something has gone wrong there. Maybe they should change the label to read "This product works great, but tastes and smells like a$$." Probably won't sell as much that way, though. UPDATE: I purchased the LEMONADE FLAVOR. Works great and tastes much better to me than the Pomegranate & Cherry. I find diluting the powder in a little more water than recommended on the label definitely cuts the stevia aftertaste by a lot. The overall taste is tolerable and very refreshing. And it works!

This Dr Berg's electrolyte powder works very well. It is not strong tasting when you make it with the amount that they tell you to use. If you mix it like it says it is a lot cheaper than other products. I usually mix a bit extra into my water or use less water. I have only tried the orange so far but I like it. I have bought it multiple times and will buy it again.

Too sweet for my liking and powder does not fully absorb into water even after repeated stirrings and waiting 15-30 minutes. After drinking 16 ounces first thing each morning for a week I felt no improvement in my overall health. I was hoping I would (not that I feel unhealthy at all). I do fast intermittently with two highly nutritious protein oriented meals a day (10am &4pm) and thought perhaps that I'm not getting enough electrolytes. I do exercise most days (hiking in the hills and workouts at the gym). No coffee, alcohol, smoking, sodas, snacking or medications. I drink only highly filtered water. I'm a 70 years old guy. Initially I had given a two star rating because of the above... but... Dr. Berg Nutritional offered me a full refund which I accepted. So customer service is outstanding. Though this product didn't work so well for me... it might for you depending on what and when you eat and how much exercise you do in your routine.

Ever since I was a kid I always had dry peeling lips. My mom always thought it was because I was dehydrated. She was half right I learned as an adult that even if I drank enough water it didn't help. Then I started looking around for electrolyte mixes and almost none of them helped except this for some reason probably because I was deficient in potassium and this has a good amount in it Overall the taste is eh okay I usually mix it with a low calorie drink almost never just water cause I'm not a fan
