When we just got this sectional there was a ripped on the bottom where you wont see it but i called amazon and they asked if i wanted to get a full refund and return the item or get a partial refund and keep the item and i told them i wanted to get the partial and keep the item because the damage wont be seen but we fixed it with a black fabric that we bought ! The quality is nice ! Very easy to clean and easy to set up ! At first it was a bit hard but as days go by it’s very comfortable now you just have to fluff it a little bit so the foams get a bit soft. The media could not be loaded. Comfy couch. Neutral and easy to assemble. It’s firm without being uncomfortable. You don’t sink into it like some couches. The price is fair at $600. It’s a decent size for the money as well. There’s no option to order replacement parts so if you purchase and it comes damaged either live with it or find a way to get it to a return center. I ordered online bc I don’t have a large vehicle to move furniture. If I could just order what needs replaced I’d be happier with my purchase. Update: It’s been about a week since we’ve been using it and my husband leaned on the side while sitting and a loud crack came from the arm of the couch. Safe to assume something inside had been broken. If just leaning on it has cracked something inside it’s safe to assume this couch won’t be lasting more than a year. Avoid. ... show more

    • Stiff Bottom Cushions - Not the most comfortable. Relatively Easy Assembly - Clean look
The back cushions are plush but the butt cushions are very stiff and hard, Ottoman came with couch pillows and of course the storage. Assembly was relatively easy. Couch came in 2 boxes, ottoman in a separate 3rd box. UPS Driver was unhappy he was sent without support...but couch arrived 5 days early so no one was home to help. ... show more

I love this couch so much, it’s sturdy, easy to put together, cute, comfortable, the perfect size, and it even has the cup holder spot and a storage ottoman!     • You get what you pay for.
First off, I went the cheap route so wasn't expecting much. Problem one, the 2 pieces don't even connect together. There is no way for them even to. They literally just sit next to each other. So if you have wood floors like me, they're definitely not staying together. I had to buy clamps to go underneath to keep them together. 2nd, the arms are basically made out of cardboard. So if you even remotely use them to ease yourself into sitting down on the couch, good luck. The dent and crack. Even my 5 year old couldn't bare weight down on them without them denting in. 3rd, we don't eat on them really but if you do have a drink (ya know since it does come with cup holders) don't dare spill a drop of the condensation from the side of the cup on the couch or prepare for a stain. Even with just water! You have to basically clean them by scrubbing the whole cushion to get it to blend in. Every single spot shows up. Lastly, they are decently comfortable. They're semi stiff and not luxurious or anything, but they also aren't horrible. You can at least sit and lounge on them. Color is pretty accurate to what is pictured. Size wise, they aren't huge and bulky so don't take up a tremendous amount of space like most sectionals. Like I said, you get what you pay for. If you aren't expecting much and just need a couch, then the value for your money is perfect. If you're expecting a luxurious cozy, sink into couch, you'll be disappointed. ... show more

This is probably one of the worst quality couches I’ve put together. The initial look is nice until you put your arm on the side of the sofa and the ply wood underneath breaks. The assembly for this couch was annoying to say the least. I personally would not recommend. The size is nice and having an ottoman is nice but the quality is terrible. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my first apartment and I’m so in love with how it fits comfortably in the space. It’s firm but cozy, the material is great, easy to assemble. I would recommend this.

Delivery was sooner than the estimated delivery date by almost a week! Easy to put together, comfortable, even with it being a blue/grey matches the walls perfectly, it actually brightens the room. My cat and dog can still sleep along the top.
