It's very comfortable to wear, the sound is great, and according to my online friends, the microphone makes my voice sound really clear. My Windows 11 laptop had no problem with the driver. It is OK. Let me qualify: 1) sound is good but you can tell by the background hum when it's active with some virtual phone systems - probably won't bother most people 2) while the articulating ear pieces are impressive, the degree seems unnecessary (whose head is made like that?) and one side creaks plastic against plastic at the slightest movement 3) the mic sound is clear and pick up good at any angle, but could use tactile feedback for positioning 4) It got all the comfort features but somehow is short of the mark for long term comfort - less ventilation in the ear pieces, more pressure from the headband. The one thing I needed it for was the longer cord for the work system, so I will continue to use it but I miss the effortless comfort of my Razer. ... show more

Over the last 9 years I've gone through a lot of gaming headphones/mics. I've logged 10,649 hrs. in Elder Scrolls Online, and 14,495 hrs. in Black Desert Online. Disappointed with Logitech’s Build Quality and Warranty I bought these headphones, and while they were okay, the sound quality wasn’t great—in fact, it was pretty bad. I record videos, and my voice sounded unnatural, almost like a man’s. My old HyperX headphones captured my voice much more accurately. However, since I game a lot, I switched because people complained that my mouse clicks were distracting with the HyperX. They suggested I get a dedicated gaming headset, so I went with Logitech. I always purchase extended warranties for electronics, so I did the same here. Long story short, I accidentally dropped the headphones, and they shattered into pieces. How does that even happen? I’ve had cheap headphones survive being stepped on, yet these just fell apart. And no, I’m not some reckless kid who throws things—I’m a careful, mature adult who takes care of my belongings because I work hard for them. Here’s the kicker: When I contacted the extended warranty company, they said the headphones were still under the manufacturer’s warranty and to try Logitech first. So I did—only to be told they don’t cover physical damage, only performance issues. Well, here’s the problem: Performance means nothing if the product falls apart from a simple drop. Quality and durability should go hand in hand. I’ve bought Logitech products for years and even had them on my list of top computer gear. But after this experience? Never again. If a company won’t stand behind the durability of their products, they don’t deserve my money. ... show more
