Love my sectional sofa
I have had this sofa for 1 year. It is well made, the cushions are on the more firm side but I like the firmness. It came with the storage ottoman & the 2 matching cushions. The large cushions & small pillows all have zip covers so it’s easy to wash & dry in your own washer dryer & when washed had zero shrinkage or stretching. It has held up very well & was easy to put together. It came in several large boxes. I am a 5’1” female senior and was able to put this together alone in about 45 minutes. It is however heavy duty. When moving you can store the legs & cushions in the zippered under carriage of the sofa which is how it comes packaged. I highly recommend & give this beautiful sofa a 10 out of 10. It has been a great value for the money & the charcoal color is so attractive. When company comes they have complimented style & comfort.

Doesn’t hold up
Wasn’t terrible for price, I thought. Not very comfortable for the beginning but it seemed study. After a few months the cushions have flattened a bit and the pillows on the back are misshaped. Some of the seems are loosening. Wasted $ in my opinion and even bought warranty, it wasn’t honored. Just don’t.

Only issue I have with this couch
The media could not be loaded. My husband and I have had this couch since about November, and the only issue I have with this couch is the arm rest, it’s not very strong I barly leaned on it to pick something up from the ground for my cat, and know there’s this indent in it and makes a wood breaking noise, other than that we have had no issue with the couch and love it, I’m not if we can replace just the arm piece of the couch or not.i. The video I’m trying to show the indent but it’s kinda hard to get on video without actually feeling it.

Good buy
At first, I didn’t know how to put it together. I thought it was Mitch matched now that it is put together. It’s the perfect size. I love it.

Complete and Total Lack of Customer Service
Spring came through one of the cushions, leading to a large tear. Need to replace it. No customer service information for UBGO can be found anywhere. Amazon does not show product support options at all for this item. Guess we’re just screwed. One star. Defective, uncomfortable, shoddy product with no support options from seller or Amazon. Do not buy.
