Not hard to put together, but instructions make it a little frustrating. Using product video and instruction included in box, I was able to assemble in 15 minutes. Need to know...you need to push foam back a little on the bars to see the popper connections and be sure to slide the mesh screen on the assembled top foam bars before connecting top bar to bottom bar. Screws went in easy and the white caps were already attached. Other reviews mentioned difficulty. I guess I got lucky with my box. ... show more
