Edit: 01/13/23: The cat LOVES it :) Edit: 01/12/23: I contacted customer service and was very impressed. They stand by their product. After a few email exchanges I learned that they test all products before sending to shipper to ensure everything is working in hopes to avoid customer dissatisfaction. I sent them photos of my device plugged in and they were very quick to ship a replacement. ( my battery has not died yet so I am still using product daily) I am really enjoying this product and moved the star rating back up to 5 stars. Original Review: I was a bit skeptical about this product. The instructions appear to be computer translated into english and are mildly annoying trying to interpret the translation. The product itself works very well with 1 exception. Instructions so not show proper way to wear the device so I used the description photos to figure out which side is on top. I strapped it on, turned it on and set vibration and heat to maximum. I was impressed. It is very comfortable and give a good vibration. Very relacing. The heat worked well also similar to an electric blanket or rechargable gloves. I thinj it took only about 2 minutes to heat up. It was a very satisfying experience and my achy knee felt much relieved afterwards. The only issue I am having is charging the device. The instructions read "When the product is charging, the green light of the indicator light glitters. When the product is fully charged, the green light is always on". There is no green light anywhere expect on the display when the product is turned on. I have had it plugged in for about 3 hours now.. No indicator lights. I have no idea if product is charging or not. I left seller a message for clarity. I would honestly give this product a 5 star review, but with not knowing if its defective or not I knocked it down to 3 stars while I wait to find out. This knee brace comes with a rechargeable heating and massaging element and a gel ice pack if it is preferred. There is three massaging intensities and five preset heating temperatures that are controlled on the touch screen. Love that this is cordless so that it could be used anywhere but I wish I could shut off the massage mode while using only the heat mode. ... show more

Overall feels good but for some reason it doesn't fit and stay on my knee very well. It fits good enough but have to adjust it now and then. The !massage modes are nice. Easy to charge and holds a decent charge. Have not used the ice pack. Not seeing the benefit of that with this product, easier to just put ice pack on knee stand alone. When I wear this, it helps loosen up my knee and makes it feel more relaxed. The brace can also be set to give a stronger massage or make the brace warmer. I was really happy when I tried it because it worked well and made my knee feel better quickly. I didn't even get to use this before my son took it from me. Eventually I got it back. We both love this thing. Gives a nice massage/vibration while putting some heat on the knee. This will get lots of use in our house. It is easy to use and feels good. Worth getting.
