Despite the confusion on delivery ( only one tracking number was sent to me, I contacted the seller and they gave me the second tracking number the day before it was delivered so I was stressing for a few days thinking only one was coming) the boxes came exactly a day apart. They are HEAVY , so do not move them alone unless you have a dolly. The cushions puffed up beautifully, the assembly was easy for SOME SCREWS. Two screws seemed like it was too small , because there is a tiny round thin piece of plastics coating the screw hole it feels and looks like plastic shaving. As soon as we scraped it out with a knife they screws went in . I’m 5’8 290 lbs and there’s no wobbling or sound when I sit , the couch looks shorts but it’s surprisingly not so much especially when getting up. The firmness is very firm , there’s springs in the cushions btw. We took an hour to assemble only because of moving things around and watching a movie but I feel like it would take less time if those weren’t the circumstances ... show more

I really like this couch! It’s not as tall as I’d like it, but it is long in length. It’s comfortable to lay on when napping due to its leg room. I wish this seller sold compatible ottomans to extend the legs on the “L” shape. My overall review is, I like the couch very much for the price. However, it is made for sitting and not for lounging. This couch is much bigger than I thought it was going to be! It’s also a lot bouncier and more comfortable than I thought it would be considering how inexpensive it is. The company also handles mishaps quickly and efficiently. I had a problem with shipping and didn’t receive the second box out of the two boxes the couch came in, and after figuring it out with Amazon, the company was able to get me the second box the next day. I absolutely LOVE this couch! It’s comfortable, big and fit the price, you can’t beat it. The color matched the pictures and so did the texture! It’s super soft! It is a firm couch until it’s broken in and it only took a day for the cushions to fluff up. I don’t have much space in my living room as it used to be a porch, and it fits perfectly! Not a bad first couch but is short not just a low couch but the back is short if you are tall your head and shoulders will likely need an extra pillow but not uncomfortable not hard to put together and still pretty for what I’d consider quality however if you could find a couch on facebook that would be because this is what it costs also not sure if it just this couch or any couch you get from an online seller but it smell like straight chemicals I’ve sprayed down cleaned it and still can’t get the smell off the couch ... show more
