The size is larger than I expected, which is a good thing, It is comfortable, The assembly was not very easy for me, I had a hard time moving these two heavy boxes and trying to take out some of the pieces that are embedded in the other ones, the instructions came in a sheet of paper, a video should be posted with assembly instructions for you to follow that would have been much easier than having to sort out through a bag of screws, nuts and bolts, I still have some washers that I don't know where they go, and by the time I figured out they were there I was tired and aggravated, it took me longer than 20 minutes to set this up I would say it took me about 2 hours, I tried calling customer service but I would have to wait 24 hours for someone to get back to me, by that time I was really upset, if it weren't for the fact that I already took everything out of the box I would ask for a refund, I finally set it up, but I still think a video would have been very helpful. ... show more

First off - beautiful couch! We got the color grey - the material is soft and it’s very comfortable. Even though the box said that it will take 48 hours for the cushions to expand - we still built the couch within the first 30 minutes that it got delivered we just couldn’t wait we needed a couch. This picture is the outcome and I’m sure the cushions will continue to expand! If you’re interested in buying then I highly recommend it because this couch won’t disappoint. ... show more

The couch arrived quickly and was pretty easy to assemble. The cons are; the fabric feels cheap and has small tears/holes around the staples/connection points all around the couch frame. The couch is so low to the ground it is difficult to get off of it. As a tall/big human I can see how this would be much better suited for a very petite person & family.
