The couch is beautiful looks exactly like the picture but this is the worst couch I have ever witnessed. And the return process is inconvenient I have to bring these large two boxes to drop off when they should arrange for it to be picked up. Very hard couch the back cushions are so thin you feel the back board against your back when you move you feel it crackling because it’s so fragile and cheap! The charging port does not WORK!! Not to mention nothing comes put together took my husband two hours to assemble. Came with a fishy odor. It’s not even worth the price should be $300 in my eyes I can do this couch for 300 anything higher is a full blown scam! Do better I am very unhappy about this ... show more

The couch is not super hard to put together, however the couch seems to be the size for kids more so than adults. The back doesn't come up much so unless you slouch there is not headrest on any side. The build feels good now, but it doesn't seem like it will be good for more than 2 years before something breaks on it. All around if your buying for a kids room, good stuff. If you need a primary couch for a living room, maybe try something else. ... show more

Updated Review (09/06/2025): I am updating this review less than 2 months after receiving the couch. I have already had a cushion coming apart at the seam, specifically the L-shaped cushion. I do not know if there was a manufacturing issue with this cushion, as I have not noticed the issue on any other cushions. Regardless, it is very disappointing to have a couch falling apart less than 2 months after receiving it. I still love the couch and have no other issues with it, so I am leaving 2 stars for that. Just be wary when purchasing that the seam quality is not the best, and your couch may come apart at the seams as well. (I have reached out to the seller regarding this issue and am awaiting a resolution). Original Review (07/15/2025): I was really weary of purchasing this couch, since it was such an expensive purchase. I finally purchased it and am so glad I did! It looks identical to the images and is very structurally sound. The material does well hiding dog hair. The cushions are firm but soft. Assembly is a pain, but that's expected for a shipped couch. First off the gray is not as dark as the pictures(not a big deal for me) it was super tedious to put together (but we expected that) took about 3 hours all together . Another thing .. the couch is definitely not the size it advertised.i measured before it came , it came up shorter on both ends it’s more like 109 for the back and 80 for the side , I’m not mad at it though . Bottom cushions are FIRM and thick but comfortable(should soften up over time) couch is really soft , back cushions could be thicker but nothing extra padding can’t fix (if you wanted). ALL cushions have zippers and your are able to take the stuff out and wash it (fluff in top cushions is contained so you won’t be plucking it out) bottom cushions are just foam so again easy to just unzip take it out and wash it . It is a nice deep couch so that’s also a plus ! I didn’t realize the chaise doesn’t connect to the couch so it does move around (I will be putting 2 screws in it so it doesn’t move because it’s annoying . Over all couch feels sturdy and it looks nice, for the price 8/10 and would recommend to anyone on a budget . Really can’t beat it for the price ! UPDATE: Its been alittle over a year and a half now and the couch is still sturdy, barely any wear and tear iv washed it countless times and I have 3 dogs that sleep and jump all over it everyday , I’ll bump it to a 9/10 and still highly recommend! Very easy to put together, I did it by myself in an hour and a half. Instructions says 2 people should install but it's simple and to the point. It's huge for what I thought it was going to be so I'm extremely pleased. Totally worth the money spent. I have a double living room and it was easy to move it into my main room after I finished building it . I got the light grey and it looks amazing. Super soft but also very firm! Overall it was the Best Buy I've made in a long time and my family loves it! ... show more
