The most uncomfortable and firm couch I've ever sat on, but you don't know that until it's assembled. To return it you need to fit it into its original packaging and then pay for shipping back... which is basically impossible. I highly do not recommend, wish we never got it. Total waste of money

This couch is fantastic! We bought the u shaped for our small apartment living room and it fits perfectly! Love having the option of extra storage and the outlets built into the arm rests! It came in 3 reasonable boxes and was really easy to put together. Directions easy to follow and all necessary parts included. Having 2 people definitely made it easier but you could do it solo. It is comfortable I just wish the back cushions were squishier. I'm getting some gel foam to bulk them up a bit and some throw pillows for the couch which should help. The bottom cushions are firm but not so thin you can feel what's underneath. All in all it's a good couch! ... show more

Like it. Fits perfectly in my room. Use to have a Murphy bed but this is better. Good price and pretty comfortable to sit on. Haven’t slept on it yet as it’s in my extra room. I was going to give it three stars do to really bad shipping then realized it was not their fault. Shipped in two boxes. Both came to Cypress Tx on the same day. Box 2 was delivered to my house the next day. Box one set for two days until I ask the seller to help me find it. Got update the next day that it was on truck again. It went from Tx. To Pa. Then to Tennessee then to Louisiana then to Houston then back to Cypress Tx where it was to begin with 6 days ago. Then it was delivered to me the next day. 6 extra days because somebody doesn’t know geography. I will order from them again if they don’t use the same delivery service. FEDEX uggggg. It was only 200 miles from my home before it was sent on a road trip to see America. Good luck to you ... show more
