I also liked that it had a frame to it. It is good and solid and easy to assemble. All the tools and equipment are there and easy to put together and locks in. I really enjoyed making the couch and the simple fact that they provide gloves to keep your hands protected was nice. The couch looked really condensed at first but after it was completely made it was so comfy and well fitted. I had no issues with building; also, it had the right amount of bolts in the package so it could be assembled all at one time. The price of the couch compared to the size being 124” was very ideal for my living room. Also I enjoy the charging station and the space and concept for the cup holder, extra storage space for spare parts which they provide under the center console was very convenient. ... show more

For the price, it’s fine. The back is quite low. The small pillows that come with it are a bit uncomfortable for the back. It moves A LOT if it’s not up against a wall. But it’s was easy to assemble. It’s comfortable depending on how you sit(those small pillows aren’t for me, I supplemented with other pillows). The price of the couch would have been worth it but the shipping made it a little too much for what I got. I would say it is worth the 600-700 price margin but NOT worth the total 1k for shipping. For the 1k it comes to, get a better, 1k couch. Happy with my purchased, it is a soft and reasonably comfortable couch. The color was true to the picture. It has been easy to wipe down and clean. The couch feet don’t meet the floor sometimes but that could be an error on my building rather than quality of the couch. ... show more

It was easy to build, the pieces were easy to put together. It is shipped in 4 boxes which are pretty heavy. However once put together it is easier to move. I am writing to report a disappointing transaction with a furniture supplier. The couch delivered did not align with the product image, offered minimal comfort, and included a non-operational USB charging feature. My efforts to obtain a refund have been hindered by significant obstacles, prompting me to advise against engaging in business with this vendor. After enduring a six-month delay for return labels, returning the couch, and continuing to await reimbursement, the vendor has furnished false claims of refund issuance and displayed inadequate business practices. I strongly caution everyone against buying from the vendor ONEMMLION for their U-Shaped Cloud Couch Sectional. My experience purchasing a couch on Amazon was disastrous. The console didn't work, and the couch did not match the description provided. The return process took six months, during which time they tried to find someone to purchase it on eBay. As a single mother struggling financially, this situation caused me significant stress and hardship. I paid $60 to have the pillows vacuum sealed so that they would fit in the boxes required for the return, but I was never refunded the $845.08 I spent. I was also shocked to find out that they had me shipped the couch to another customer without my knowledge. Now, I am seeking help to get my money back so that I can afford to purchase a couch for my home. ... show more
