Couch is very comfortable, my favorite place to hang out now is the living room lol I originally was very skeptical about purchasing these but I am glad I did especially for the price. It is very cushioned. The putting together did take awhile just lots of legs to put on and the arms and backboards it wasn’t difficult just lots of screwing other then that was pretty simple. While it is beautiful in color, easy to assemble and somewhat comfortable , there is no true back support. In order to obtain full back support, you have to slouch down. When you sit on a couch you want it to feel like it’s embracing you and providing your body the full support it needs when it’s time to relax after a long day. Unfortunately The couch does not fulfill that need completely. The pillows cover the length of the couch from the back. Sellers have reached out to help resolve with a good outcome ! Arrived within a week and all boxes at the same time. Installation was fairly easy using a drill. We've had it put together for less than 24 hrs so hopefully its still fluffing. The backs are low so not much support. Fabric is soft and comfortable. I don't see this lasting for long but hopefully a couple of years. Overall its ok. ... show more

I love this sofa! It’s spacious without dominating a small space (the low profile helps with this part), looks great, color is true to photos, and comfy. My only “cons” are that it sits very low to the ground (might be able to fix with replacement feet) and the back cushions are thin and uncomfy (can be fixed by adding pillows). But truthfully, for the price, THIS SOFA IS AMAZING! I also contacted the seller to see if I could buy another ottoman separately. Unfortunately, the manufacturer doesn’t sell it separately, but the seller was kind and directed me to an alternative ottoman that might suit my needs. Customer service 10/10! I’m very happy I took a chance on this sofa. The positive reviews are true, get it! * *UPDATE 8/6: Maybe consider something else because it hasn’t even been 30 days and it is already broken. Had I not switched out my rug, I probably wouldn’t have noticed it, as the cushions are so full, that it looks fine from the front. I ordered this with very limited reviews based on the images that showed it was plush and was the right dimensions. I am happy to report that is as comfortable as it appears, fits the family of 4 perfectly and is built very well. The only two negatives I have are the short feet, and short back. The short feet are solvable with new feet and the short back isnt an issue for us since the couch sits up against a wall but if it was in the middle of a room you might miss the neck support. Other than that, very soft and great for movie night Overall, I am very happy I bought this, I have no doubt it will hold up for years and the price was what we were looking for. ... show more
