This couch was the perfect thing for our “more kid friendly” basement area where we got new plush carpet. This boneless couch was like the answer to all that we wanted. It had no hard corners or spots a kid could hit their head on, and it’s modular and easy to move around when they want more space or to jump around etc. they often move them around and pretend it’s a big train or jump from one piece to another, etc. Couldn’t be happier! Watching the entire couch, expand from being rolled up in a box is crazy, cool and it’s even more than I could have imagined it’s wide and soft and very cozy. Firm but I would hope so because I’m sure being made of just foam it’ll soften over time. The quality seems really good, the color is beautiful. It was easy to set up. It was literally just cutting the plastic and watching it blow up itself. Literally, the only thing that could be better is the pillows to be a little bit more plush they were sort of flat, but everything else is amazing and this is your sign to get this For your kid zone or basement !! ... show more

So first and foremost this was the worst mistake ever made. Total waste of money. This couch is ridiculously small. As you can see in the picture my Cuban necklace is as tall as the couch, which is insane. On top of that I ordered the U shaped couch, and they didn’t send me my other piece. I should have an ottoman at the end of the couch to complete the “U Shape” and they never sent it. This is something that should be made for your children’s bonus room. I am completely unsatisfied. Because in the pictures you see a family with their feet kicked back and the couch looks big and comfy. When I got it, it looked very comfortable but when it unraveled it showed that it was not the same as the picture they portrayed. I order from Amazon faithfully and this is the worst purchase I ever made. Hands down. And then when I requested to receive my money back, because I didn’t even get all my pieces and I also didn’t receive what I thought I was getting, they are giving me the run around. Usually when I ask for a refund, Amazon does exactly everything right, but unfortunately this isn’t from Amazon. They just sell their products on Amazon so different rules apply for them. I love my couch. Its big..roomy and comfortable. However i did not receive the center piece with the large pillow. Waiting to see if its separate or was a mistake in shipping. Waiting on seller to respond. I got both of the chase lounges but not the piece to create a u shape. Otherwise its nice. Will upgrade my review when my problem is resolved. Update the seller was quick to respond and i got my center piece the next day. It does come in 2 boxes. Loving my sectional. Soft firm and comfortable. Would buy again. ... show more

Big and beautiful except where it counts! There’s no back support at all because the back is so short. If it’s not placed against the wall the pillows will fall off. I love the size and softness of the couch but the back being nonexistent hurts the love of it.
