Features

  • Seamless Installation: Our user-friendly guide, detailed manuals, and step-by-step video tutorials ensure a hassle-free setup. Plus, our expert technical team offers remote assistance whenever you need it.
  • Waterproof Performance: The tilted design, coupled with our meticulous detailing at the top, ensures complete water resistance throughout our extensive 6-month outdoor testing.
  • Durability: Our top static pressure test reveals a capacity to withstand 6 lbs/sq.ft, equivalent to approximately 7" of heavy snow. This instills ample confidence in facing hail and blizzard conditions, whether in Denver or Minnesota.

  • Customer Support: As outdoor experts, U-MAX provides a one-year warranty on all our products, coupled with lifelong 24/7 customer support.

  • Great do it yourself Pergola
The media could not be loaded. First thing to note is this Pergola comes in 2 packages, one box the heaviest one come's with all the hardware/materials and the 2nd box comes with all the roof panels. There was no damage and everything was well packaged. I would suggest taking all the hardware out of the plastic wrapping because some of the hardware can be hidden for packaging reasons and can be overlooked while you are tying to build it. Take a deep breath and read the directions twice, a cordless drill will help. If you are have trouble with some screws not going in make sure the punch out holes are knocked out, I had that issue and had to knock out a few myself to get the screws in. Overall it is pretty simple to assemble, where i needed help was standing it up to continue the install process for the roof cross beams. I had an issue where the directions didn't explain in detail if the front panel with the 3 legs should be facing in or out, took me an hour to figure out that the front panel 3 poles with the triangle brackets are facing out and the roof cross beams over hang and connect to them. For the roof cross beams don't tighten them down completely because i had to loosen them up again to slide the roof panels in. Conclusion My Family loves the pergola, the quality is better than i thought and no need for gloves there were no sharp edges which was nice. Once mounted to the house it is solid, it has added a new area to our house for the Family to hang out. Pros Easy to assemble may need a friend or two Quality of parts Looks Beautiful Cons Wish the legs and roof cross beams were one piece, but understand for shipping reasons Directions could use some work, better close up pictures and details Some holes were not completely punched out ... show more

  • Worth it!
Color: Gray Size: 8x10
These look absolutely amazing! My neighbors even asked where they could purchase them. Great price and worth every penny!

  • Do not buy.
I wish I could give this negative stars. The product is so bad. It’s flimsy as a sheet of paper. It came all bent and scratched up. OH also, the item I purchased and the item sent is are NOT the same as shown on their website. The site shows thick beautiful columns holding up a metal roof that is straight across the top. This flimsy piece of paper dips down and my 6 foot child can’t even walk under it. I made a complaint and the seller “approved” my return. This means, I must pack up this awful bent up metal and pay $100 to ship it back to them. This thing is a $500 hunk of garbage. I cannot say enough bad things about this product. Do not waste your $500… ... show more

  • Check color description.
Box says black but it is a dark shiny grey. Paid 99.00 for shipping but would cost 249.00 to return.

  • Great value for the price and surprisingly good build quality.
Color: Gray Size: 8x10
Surprisingly good build quality. Took a few hours to assemble, but relatively good instructions. Parts fitted well together. The hight was a bit too high so lowered it by 5 inch by cutting the four posts. A few things to think about: 1. It has to be anchored/attached to something (like a house wall, or in my case our deck fence. Not stable standing on its own. 2. I doubt it’s fully water proof, which I also saw from other reviews. Therefore I put duct tape on all the panel seams, should hopefully do it. 3. The roof panels are probably the weakest part, not sure if they can stand much snow in the winter. ... show more

  • Not too shabby
I really dislike buying an item without any reviews, but took a gamble since it seemed like the same thing listed on another "way fairer" website but for cheaper and the had the usual Amazon return policy. Started putting up most of it solo, which took about 3 hours, and then had to call over the neighbor when I needed to attach the top rails. Took about 6 hours total. Pretty decent instructions (which were accurate and somewhat easy to follow). All pieces included and nothing missing (came in three different boxes). You will blow apart the plastic washers if you don't adjust the torque your on your drill. Overall happy but it is day 1 of it being assembled. Hopefully the plastic roof holds up to repeated sun exposure (time will tell). Make sure you have something solid to connect the structure to. 100% not a stand alone structure. I attached 3 of the 4 legs to my deck and a solid connection to the house from the middle. The middle definitely has a bit of a bend but nothing crazy. Overall really happy with it!! ... show more

  • Great DIY kit
Color: Gray Size: 10x14
Shipment came in two separate boxes: top panels in one and hardware and instructions in the other. Our shipment came in different days but seller was very responsive and helpful. Recommend taking out all the hardware and instructions first and getting your pieces familiarized. We used a drill with low torque to move the process along quickly for assembly. When attaching the roof panels, gently guide the panels into the slots before tapping into place. Overall, love how it turned out. The price was reasonable and easier to assemble than building one from scratch. It provides better shade than a canvas, super sturdy, and quality of the pieces are solid. Will post photos and a video once we get the yard cleaned up :p ... show more

  • slightly collapsed before i got a working joint piece from seller
Color: Gray Size: 8x10
they sent my 2 bad pieces before sending me a whole big leg which is 3 sections, finally got the 8 screws in after the ice falling to the side caused a collapse of the structure, reinforced it was an old tv for now might screww a board to the back side to keep it from falling to the side again but holding a powerdrill a screw and a 12 foot board perfectly aint easy, ive had to rebuild this thing multiple times and the little screw worked most of the times manufactureer obviously has quality control issues or the first time would have been fine ... show more
