    • A bit of a puzzle for assembly but Great Quality! Would highly recommend!
This light is very high quality for price, has great finishes, and looks great installed. The assembly is a bit much, as there are about 10 bolts to affix in total (2 per light arm - 1 top and 1 bottom of fixture). The documentation is a single sheet of about 4"x6" paper with almost illegible diagram, but it is pretty straightforward to determine what needs to be done if you've installed light fixtures before, so I don't think that hindered the install, but someone who relies on a full instruction booklet with large photos to perform an install will not be happy with this offering. Also, as this one has a chain included, you will need to size this for your needs and thread the power cord through the links of the chain, just as with any similar light. In all though, for us, the quality is high, the light looks fabulous installed in our dining area. Would recommend this light highly. ... show more

    • Looks great but not as easy to put together
I’m a bit mixed with this review. I want to start buy saying that this light looks great once it’s all put together. However, putting it together was a bit of a hassle. I’ve done a number of light fixtures over the years and this one was more of a pain than most. First the instructions are terrible. There is only two one sided pieces of paper the don’t explain much. In those instructions they reference 4 diagrams but only 3 exist. The fourth diagram is for the wiring, so if you don’t know how to wire a fixture this may be difficult. When they say the light height is adjustable, just know this means you will need pliers to pry open a link in the chain to remove some of it. Also it is not completely preassembled. It will take some finesse to attach the arms while trying to keep all the wiring inside the housing on the fixture. Three out of the five candlestick plates were crooked and took some work spinning them to get them straight. Again if this was based on just final appearance I would give it 5 stars. However, I believe the price is a bit high for what went into getting this thing together. Maybe I had a rare experience compared to others but again I’ve put up a number of fixtures in the past and this took more time than most. ... show more

This is above my dining room table . I am so pleased with the look of the light . I shopped a very upscale store and there was a comparable looking one for 75% higher in price . Another plus ... if you wanted More of a custom color you could paint the fixture very easily. My friends and neighbors have admired it as well. ... show more

I wanted something for a two-story foyer. I chose this because it was simple and would be easy to clean from below. It is a vast improvement to the builder grade ceiling mount fixture it replaced and everyone loves it, even the previous home owner.
