Child size, perfect for those under 100 lbs. Will not work as a flotation device and was not designed to do so, don't listen to those who gave this item a bad review because it did not float their fat asses. It is a kick board, used to help practice your different swim kicks and this is a small, meant for children and those who are less than 100-120 lbs or so.
