We put this item together, following the instructions and it was very easy to put together. But when we plugged it in and turned it on, it didn't work. My husband tried multiple outlets both in our shop and in our house. When he brought it to the house, he plugged it in and turned it on. Nothing. He forgot to unplug it and went to the kitchen to start supper. About 3-4 minutes later, the pitching machine finally started! So we unplugged it and tried it again a few hours later - same thing happened. We emailed support but haven't gotten a response after a few days. We're going to box it up and return it and buy something else. No response from their support team tells me it's not the best product to purchase. ... show more
