When I first opened the box, I saw how thin the material was and immediately was thinking that this was a horrible mistake and for the price I felt like I kind of deserved the mistake because it was really cheap. But as the frame was put together in the bed was completed was probably one of the most sturdiest beds that I have ever put together and I was very pleased with the end result so don't let it fool you if you start holding the material and see how thin it is this is actually a very well put together bed. I definitely would buy another one if I needed another bed.

The bedframe with headboard came in a day early. That was definitely a plus. This particular bedframe with headboard is perfect if you have a really thick mattress. The bedframe I had before I had to use a box frame with the mattress and my feet would not touch the floor when sitting on the edge of the bed. With this bedframe and headboard you don't use a box frame so the bed is actually lower than it was before. It's actually sitting at the proper height. Like I said I have an extra thick mattress. I would definitely recommend this bedframe with headboard to anybody with a thick mattress. You don't use a box spring with this bedframe and headboard. You do have to assemble everything but it has great instructions. Unlike some things you buy that needs assembly.

The frame is nice and I like the headboard, however the way you have to put in the wood pieces can be a headache and I’m also wondering what happens when I move, I won’t be able to take the part the mattress lays on apart, because the plastic pieces that snap into the frame break if you try to take them out. * when putting them together, do 2 pieces of wood at once (one for each side) and connect to all the plastic holders and lay in a line and then snap. It’s impossible to do one side and then try to slide the other wood piece in for the other side! I feel like that part is a silly invention and doesn’t allow for taking apart and moving. Unless I’m missing something on a way to do that!
