Great sound, easy to set up BUT Alexa with Sonos is, without any doubt, the most unreliable technical 'achievement' in the modern era. Had these speakers for years set up pairs and various groups thoughout the house and I don't think I have ever gone through a day without one of them failing, or simply messing up my simple request. "Alexa", I say to the speaker two feet away. It chimes on, ready for my command. "Play Pink Floyd". It may do it. I may not. It may play on a speaker in another room, far away. It may say that I have yet to connect any music services, even though I connected the services in 2021. It's the most frustrating then ever. Be prepared to reset, reconnect, reinstall weekly. ... show more

    • Very glitchy
They cut in and out a lot. A lot. Very annoying. Really expected more for the price. You also have to set the volume in the app every time you turn on the tv. It would be nice if it could remember the last setting. Definitely regret buying.
