I got this for my 2009 Dodge Dakota, Crew Cab, 5'-4" foot bed. It came fully assembled, and all I had to do was cut out my bed liner to expose the metal rails (you need to make the bed liner holes large enough to be able to accommodate adjusting the clamps). This cover is great! Quality material and simple design. Easy to install, if you have no bed liner. With a bedliner, you'll need to make some cuts in the liner to install. I have a 2006 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab with 64.9" bed. It fits perfectly!

I bought this because I keep a lot of things in my truck bed, and didn't want them exposed to thieving eyes. It fits well, and took less than 20 minutes to install after reading the instructions. The only problem I have is that it holds water spots, and no matter how I've tried to clean it, they always reappear. Fits great on my '10 Dakota with 6.5' bed. Really nice cover and great price. Instructions could be better, it took a little head scratching to figure out exactly how the clamps should be placed. Glad I chose this vs. a tri-fold...much more usable space for large stuff.

It was a little tricky at first, but I got it installed. I had to do some caulking at the front of the bed because of some bed damage. Now I believe it is waterproof. This cover has added so much versatility to what I can haul. Wished I did this a long time ago.
