Updated: Changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars - realized the problem with reaching out to support was my own fault. They are sending me a replacement safety clip Original review: I am mainly writing this review to get attention to some support. Overall I am happy with the product. Broken down into my Review, what's Weird, and my Problem... Review: The item fit my 2022 Crew Cab Silverado perfectly out of the box. Installation was pretty simple. It came with weatherproofing strips if needed, but I did not need them. The material of the top itself feels cheap and I hope it will last as there is no plastic underneath the leather/vinyl to support it. I am a little worried it may have trouble with the weight of snow but I really have no reason to believe it won't make it through this winter, it has handled weather (sun and rain) so far in the 2 months I've owned it. Weird: The install comes with "safety clips" at the front. When you install, you screw/tighten clips into the front of your bed and use hand lever clips at the back as you might expect (so, so far: held down by 4 clips at each corner of the truck bed). The weird thing though is that this cover also has also safety clips to install at the front of the bed. So, 6 clips total, 2 at each corner of the front of the bed, 1 clip at each back corner. I'm not sure why this would be needed - is the manufacturer worried that the front clips will fail so they've added an extra set attached by a rope to keep your cover from flying off??? Problem: One of the safety clips was over drilled from the factory. So when I went to screw it / clip it onto my bed the screw wouldn't bite. I thought I'd be able to get a replacement safety clip so I've reached out to support about it, but they have not responded. It has been about 10 days. I'm otherwise happy with the product (it is as expected for the cheap price) but no support hence 1 star review. Would be happy to update the rating if I could get some support. ... show more

Looks great on my truck and it only took 15 minutes to install with a feiends help. Installed about 2 months ago and has held up well at highway speeds. Everything seems to stay dry in the bed and I've gotten a small increase in mpg as well.

I bought this tonneau cover for my 2020 Silverado 1500 RST with 5'8" bed. It's my first truck and therefore my first tonneau cover, and I was looking for something of decent quality for a good price. I purchased based on the positive reviews and also have a friend who has one on his 2019 F-150. Let me first start by saying that when I placed the order I used the fitment verification on Amazon's site and it said that this product fit my vehicle. The product listing mentioned 2019-2020 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra with 5'8" bed. About a week later when I went to check the order status, I noticed that Amazon changed their product page to indicate that it only fits 2019 model. The fitment verification was saying that this product is not compatible with my vehicle. I was pretty annoyed by this, and I even submitted an inquiry at Tyger's website to find out for sure. Their reply was as follows: "This item is currently under our 2nd stage safety and fitment test for 2020 models, it will take a little time so we changed the fitment for now." Amazon did say that they would allow me to return it if it did't fit, so I decided to try it anyway. The box it came in did indicate that it fits 2019-2020 model years, so I'm not sure why Tyger back-tracked on 2020 fitment. I installed it today, and it does indeed fit my 2020 Silverado perfectly. Installation was a breeze, it took about 30 minutes. The cover appears to be made of high-quality vinyl. The frame appears sturdy. It snows where I live and I'm hoping it won't have any trouble holding up to the weight of a few inches of snow a few times per winter. The cover comes with a piece of weather stripping that is designed to go on the front edge of the box, immediately behind the cab, and prevent water from coming in. With the way the cover needs to be positioned front to back, I'm worried that there may still be a gap between the weather stripping and the rubber seal on the bottom front edge of the cover. If I were to do it again, I would place this weather stripping more toward the rear of the vehicle rather than in the middle of the front bed rail. I'll keep my eye on it and if I have to adjust it I will. I'll try to post a long-term update in a few months after living with it for a while. ... show more

Follow directions and very easy to install. Good look and good quality. Some adjustment may need to be made to make it as weather proof as possible. Quality product.

Like the header says. You are getting a good value for the money. If this is your budget, I recommend. It works well and is easy to install. If you are looking for super high end, this may not be it.
