We received our Tyent Undercounter unit almost 4 months ago then needed to get an electrician here to add an outlet so finally installed the unit a little over a week ago. We are finding the unit so very easy to use with the water choices directly on the faucet rather than needing to go into the cabinet every time we want to change from one level to another. The water tastes great and I am noticing improvement with burning in my throat from acid reflux. So great to have access to acidic water for cleaning and we are testing out highly alkaline water in the windshield cleaner containers in our vehicles. It is fun to learn the many uses of alkaline and acid water! Worth the money! ... show more

I purchased a Tyent UCE 11. It says it has 11 plates. It said it used 10 amps of power. I received it today. It proudly boasts 9 plates and a whopping 220 watts which equates to less than 2 amps of power. Paid $3500 for this bait and switch.

This water has changed my life!!!!!!!!!! Honestly, I can’t go on any business trip anymore without it. My blood levels even went up and I no longer have anemia. Can it be directly correlated? Guess I’ll never know. But what I do know is that I feel like a well oiled machine. Freaking life saver!!

“You get what you pay for!” Right? This saying is true for my Tyent UCE-11 water ionizer purchase. I am very lucky to have made this choice, because I almost purchased a cheaper water ionizer from Air Water Life and then discovered that their plates their system erodes and leaves traces of lead in your drinking water. OMG, HOW SCARY IS THAT? No thanks!!! I will stick with a company like Tyent who uses platinum coated plates in their unit. I am so glad that I made the right choice and the Tyent UCE-11 water ionizer is the water ionizer for me. I feel better overall since drinking the water. I didn’t expect the alkaline water to have an effect on me so soon, but I am not complaining. I feel wonderful, and my husband keeps commenting on how soft my skin is (I put the acidic water on my skin). I am a happy customer. ... show more

I can't even begin to tell you how awesome this is. I'm a health nut and have been focusing on my diet for a while now, including what I drink. I was looking at other ionizers to see what is the best out there and I can say I found it! The Tyent Undercounter ionizer is not only the best but it finally goes under the counter so you don't have a bulky machine on your counter top. It is also pretty high tech with it's touch pad and got all the bells and whistles. The water tastes amazing and you can rest assure you are doing all you can to stay healthy by drinking the right kind of water for your body. It's worth it! ... show more
