I can’t believe how clever this little loveseat is. Firstly, I timed myself and putting it together took 30 minutes, even with the tiny mistake I made attaching one of the legs, and the fact that I am not particularly handy. It’s really simple and easy! Setting up for sleep (a smaller person or a kid will fit) takes about 10 seconds. It’s definitely not cushy, but perfectly comfy to sit or lie down on. Actually, I found the firmness really helpful for my back, which was a little achey. ( I’m pushing 60) The charging port is a great plus. Here’s the funny part: I read many reviews talking about how the parts are hidden inside the frame, plus the box shouts it at you in all caps. Well, the hardware, brackets and legs were in the fold of the piece right out if the box. I thought what is *wrong* with people?” No problem. Well, I got to the part where you attach the sides and thought “Damn… no arms in this box!” Finally turned the seat over and Voilà!!! The arms are zipped into the underside. I was impressed and spent the rest of the day laughing at my very own self. Great buy! Great value for price. ... show more

I spent months shopping for a small, inexpensive couch that would look stylish in a small office and be comfortable enough for short seating times or napping. I'm kind of a comfort freak; plus, I had a similar IKEA couch that was terrible, so I was nervous about this purchase. Especially since shipping costs added nearly half the cost of the couch (nearly $300 total). But it was worth it! Pros and cons below. Note that I left the arms off the ends because space was tight. PROS 1. Fits tiny spaces--perfect for a dorm, child's room, or small office if your clients don't require luxury or long seating times 2. Seats two fairly comfortably for short periods (not for plus-sized people or sitting in the center--a bar runs up the middle) 3. Is super cute 4. Easy to assemble (took me 34 minutes by myself--and I'm not mechanical) 5. Sturdy: well-placed legs made of solid wood with strong fastenings and center support 6. Reclines easily and the back is not too stiff like some couches this type can be 7. You can take the arms off or keep them on 8. Nearly pure white and easy to clean 9. More comfortable than others I tried in this price range CONS 1. Not for long comfortable seating times (e.g., would not work for a therapist's office, doctor's office, etc.) 2. Not for overnight sleeping without a topper (the bar that runs up the middle needs to be covered) 2. Not for adult overnight guests or anyone tall (but could work for kids) 3. Not for the main lounging or comfort place in a room or long seating times 4. Not for rooms with other large furniture (this will look like a toy in comparison) 5. This futon was pretty easy to build, pretty much all you have to do is unfold it and screw the legs and arms in. The arm rest are zipped inisde the bottom seat, I see other receivers saying “it doesn’t come with the arms” it does you just have to look under the seat and find the zipper. Now look wise it great but there’s not an inch of padding so it’s very hard and uncomfortable but I guess that’s what you get for the price point. I did buy this as a temporary seating… but either way it looks and feel like it’s not meant for long term use. I am 5’4 for those wondering and I can’t lay straight on the futon without my feet hanging off. The listing did say 65 inches long but it wasn’t until after reexamination the photos it’s actually 55 inch long so that was pretty misleading. ... show more

I usually never leave bad reviews but this couch is horrible. If you just want something for decoration and for quick seat okay but to sit down and watch tv on or lay down on this is not the couch for it. It’s extremely hard with zero cushion to it so if you do buy it I’d advise you to buy some sort and thin mattress or thick cover to go over it because even with laying my pillows under me on this couch i can still feel how hard it is and it’s very uncomfortable. Really not happy that I spent money on this when I could have just got something better for a little more. It’s nice that it has a charger port though but I barley use that either bc the wire isn’t long enough to reach the outlet so I’d have to use a power strip ... show more
