Look and feel: This futon is pretty cute. No weird smells. I thought the gray would be kind of a funky color but Its nice it feels cozy in my apartment. The size is pretty good too, I'm 5'7 and 150lbs. This fits me and my 10 pound cat on it even with me laying on it with the back side up. I love/hate that it's easy to move around. I don't have to worry about struggling to move it but too much movement and you're moving from the wall. You probably could plop on this but I wouldn't recommend it. The cousins are comfortable but I'd still recommend getting a mattress topper or something for maximum comfort, the middle part where the cousins connect is really hard and uncomfortable but it's easy to work around it. I've laid over it all day since I got the futon and I'm fine. I just don't move too harshly just in case. Also I have a lot of pillows and blankets which helps a lot with laying/sitting. I have laid on much worse so take this review as you will. I could probably take a nap on here without expanding it. And it came super fast too!! Putting it together: Very easy process, besides on friggin screw that just wouldn't go in. The very last leg I pieced together was the most difficult one. Right now the screw is tight but not screwed in all the way and I did not use a drill. I only used the leg wrench and everything besides that one screwed pieced together perfectly. (Which is why it has 4 stars plus a few other things listed above) If you can manage your way through something like that w.o a drill then great!!! Overall a lovely futon :) ... show more

It was smaller than I expected but super easy to clean. My biggest issue is the metal thing in the middle that digs into your back when you are laying down. It has almost no padding on it but the fabric itself and it just right where the spine lands on the couch. It hurts like crazy until you adjust and don't lay on just the back or the entire couch will flip on you. ... show more

I can’t believe how clever this little loveseat is. Firstly, I timed myself and putting it together took 30 minutes, even with the tiny mistake I made attaching one of the legs, and the fact that I am not particularly handy. It’s really simple and easy! Setting up for sleep (a smaller person or a kid will fit) takes about 10 seconds. It’s definitely not cushy, but perfectly comfy to sit or lie down on. Actually, I found the firmness really helpful for my back, which was a little achey. ( I’m pushing 60) The charging port is a great plus. Here’s the funny part: I read many reviews talking about how the parts are hidden inside the frame, plus the box shouts it at you in all caps. Well, the hardware, brackets and legs were in the fold of the piece right out if the box. I thought what is *wrong* with people?” No problem. Well, I got to the part where you attach the sides and thought “Damn… no arms in this box!” Finally turned the seat over and Voilà!!! The arms are zipped into the underside. I was impressed and spent the rest of the day laughing at my very own self. Great buy! Great value for price. ... show more

When it arrived it was easy to carry in since it was one giant rectangular box resembling to fold up table you use at a picknick or some lively event gathering, light wight. Assembly was easy, following instructions on manual was not complicated. All the material needed to self assemble was inside the couch. The package did arrived on time. Now, the softness I rate it 3/10 it felt like cheap quality. It had no support it felt like it was going to break as soon as sat down, sadly it broke when I sat down the following day when i finish assembling it, mind you I weigh 205lbs and it stated it would support my weight. The value for my money was a bit more since it broke days after I bought it.. it does seat up to 3 people, i.e their is weight limit on it not recommended for big people, but kind uncomfortable since it has very little seat cushions and the arm rest very fragile. ... show more
