Ordered this borescope to be able to look down ducting/pipes and around corners at stuff in ducts/pipes. Ended up also using it to look at a problem with the front concrete porch. Porch had sunk over an inch where the porch meets the house foundation. I had a company come out to raise the porch, and as part for their work, they drill narrow holes to inject limestone slurry into the gap and raise the porch. I put the borescope down a couple holes and since it can articulate almost 180 degrees, and has illumination, I could clearly investigate the gap between my porch and the ground below. It was obvious that the ground had settled away from the concrete porch and the porch needed extra support. I like this tool a lot and expect to use it for various tasks in the future where you need to see stuff but do not have good access. I have also used this tool to look at automotive engine hardware, that is impossible to get a good view of, except with a borescope. The video screen is a good size and has good resolution, even at some distance from the lens. The borescope articulation is done via a knob, which is easy to use, a full almost 180 degrees. The unit is cordless, you charge it and then use it. It holds onto a charge for several months at a time. It is not heavy, the case it comes in is good solid plastic and protects the unit. It has a light illuminating the field of view, which is good also. The video record is very handy. I wish i had bought this a long time ago. I would buy this unit again.

Unit works great, have used it to retrieve an envelope that had gotten behind the glove box. Did not have to tear the dash apart to get. It had very important papers. Saved me alot of time and effort. Great picture, light is great and swivel head worked perfect

It's a decent tool, quite convenient. However, the camera module fell off the hose after about two months of light use. It's glued on with cyanoacrylate. I managed to fix it with the same cyanoacrylate. But for this price, I'd have liked a slightly better quality tool.

I only used it the one time so far. I plan to use it again this coming weekend. I have a couple of beehives in my backyard I bought this to use during our winters. This way I can check on the inside of my hives without opening the hives. I really liked the heat sensing feature. It read in the 90's right where I want my bees to bee, temperature wise. It was very cool to see the bees all clustered together. I have a microSD card I will install so I can take and save videos to post on my TikTok account. I really think this is so far a very good device for the price.

Ive used this scope many times at my shop since I purchased it back on January 7th 2026 and it works great! Its perfect for those hard to see spots you would usually need a mirror for. The oscillating head is magic. Its captures super clear video and pictures and saves to the included SD card so you can upload any of it to your computer or phone for customers to review. 10 our of 10 would recommend if your in any blue collar job

I bought this inspection camera to help troubleshoot issues in tight spaces where a normal camera or flashlight will not work. After using the articulating borescope for a few projects, I am impressed with how practical and capable it is. The biggest advantage is the articulating camera head. The probe bends and turns while inside tight spaces, which makes it much easier to see around corners or behind components. This type of steering is important when inspecting engines, pipes, or wall cavities because you often need to change angles without pulling the scope out. The two way articulation and semi rigid cable help guide the camera precisely in narrow spaces. Image quality is solid for a tool in this category. The camera uses a small inspection lens with adjustable LED lights so you can see clearly even in dark areas such as engine bays, HVAC ducts, or plumbing pipes. The brightness control helps prevent glare when you are close to reflective surfaces. I also like that it has a built in screen rather than requiring a phone app. The IPS display is clear and responsive, which makes it easy to inspect areas in real time without dealing with wireless connections or software issues. The probe itself feels durable. It holds its shape once you bend it, which helps when navigating into deeper spaces. The camera and cable are rated IP67, so they can handle oil, moisture, and dirty environments without concern. Battery life has been reliable. I'm fairly happy with this borescope. I picked it up to pinpoint failures in a sewer line in which I knew the general location but not specifically where I needed to dig to find the break. We uncovered one small section of pipe, and I was able to drill a very small hole and run this up and down the pipe to locate the point of failure. This is a decent quality camera - I wouldn't call it high definition, but it's clear enough to see relatively fine details. There's no up indicator, which means you're guessing on the orientation of the damage, but it's got a nice stiff feel and pushes easily. The articulable head can actually turn the camera all the way back to look at the line, and it's been a lifesaver to have a controllable head. I've flicked toilet paper and mud off of it which would otherwise have necessitated pulling it out and cleaning it and trying again. It goes around corners nicely. It has a couple of adjustable light levels, although I've left it on the brightest setting almost every time I've used it. I charged it once, and have used it a dozen times and the battery indicator is still over 75%. I'm pretty happy with it, the only complaint is that it's really a very short camera for a lot of applications. Amazing in an engine, though. I will say that it's already showing signs of rubbing and damage along the wire, but nothing that causes me long-term concern about its durability at this point.
