These boots combine a compression-molded sugar cane molasses EVA midsole and a nylon/glass fiber shank for proper support. I've wore nothing but Twisted X boots for the past 10+ years spent thousands on their boots and these boots don't make it 3 months? They are comfortable and they look good but if you actually wear them you better have a back up waiting for when they decide come apart. I have to send these in for Twisted X to look into this to find out if they will replace them or not and that's up to 6 weeks of waiting. Ridiculous to spend $230+ on a pair of boots that fall apart in a few months. I'll never buy a pair of Twisted x boots again if they are not going to do something about this. These boots are awesome with the exception of the waterproof membrane isn’t very breathable. Iv owned several pairs of twisted x boots and can wear 12 hours out of the box. These with the waterproof membrane causes blisters from foot sweat!
