We received and assembled the bed recently. The packaging was damaged, but the content was ok. Some areas of the wood was covered with mold. It seems like it was not properly stored. From a tracking history it seems like the package arrived from Argentina. I've cleaned it and put 2 layer of polyurethane sealant. I also used a wooden glue to put part together, as advised. This twin bed will be used by my 8 yo son. I will update on the product quality I am giving 3 stars, because of the mold on the materials. ... show more

    • Easy to put together, but not sturdy.
This was a bed for my 12yr old son -simple, straightforward, and easy to put together. Had it less than 48 hours before two of the slats on the upper bed broke, because the manufacturer used pine planks with knots in them - replaced both, we'll see how it holds up.

Very basic bed, decent construction, but the slats that support the mattress are way too thin, have had a couple snap already from people just sitting on it.

    • Doesnโ€™t hold the best
Bought two for my kids, love how they look and love how I can paint or stain if I choose to. Right now Iโ€™m just enjoying them bare wood. While putting it together my husband had to improvise so the wood can hold on together, if not it will not stay together with the screws. We had the 2 beds with the sliding bed underneath for each for like a month and half and already Iโ€™m noticing things coming loose. Im afraid these beds will not be lasting as long as I was hoping. Two pieces of wood that hold the mattress have snapped on one bed. Just feel like the quality of wood is not good. Not as solid as was hoping, but it looks cute ..... ... show more

    • TERRIBLE PRODUCT! DO NOT PURCHASE
I purchased this product for my daughters room. The first DAY we had it put together, she sat on the bed and the support beam broke in the middle. She weighs 105 pounds. Lifted the mattress and the support beam was black and rotted in the middle. We replaced that beam with NO SUPPORT from this company. 2 days later, I pulled the trundle bed out to sweep and BOTH support beams with the wheels came off, leaving the mattress on the floor! The cheap staples that they used to connect the support beam to the side rail came right out. Not the screw... the staple!! We have been trying to get in contact with this company and they stopped writing back. DO NOT PURCHASE! ... show more
