Packaging was great. Even the delivery lady dropping the heavy boxes didn't damage them. I was surprised at the quality of the beds. It looks really good assembled. Beware though, it is very very time consuming to put together. The pictures are not exact, so you end up flipping pieces around and reassembling throughout ... show more

First board was cracked for the shelving got a replacement and the shelf and again was recieved cracked .. no response back yet about a 3rd replacement ; also some the peg hole are way to big for size d pegs so on bed using sizes a pegs was a better option just couldnt use it on the wardrobe part since one board will be small and the other to big so made it its wobbly.. also need better labels on parts most were missing or incorrect so had to use pictures to figure out everything.. but do i recommend to friends on this bed probably not ... show more

Great bunk bed my kids love it. It is durable for little ones. If your a full grow adult I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this. Great buy for my kids. Easy to assemble.

I'm very pleased with this product. This is the second bunk bed that I ordered. The first choice was a triple with a loft and came in broken and flimsy boards. This one is perfect for my three girls, oldest being 13 years old.
