The shipping is worth it when compared to similar beds. Directions were easy to follow and the beds ended up great, the only negative was the base of the drawers didn’t fit correctly, but I got it to work with cutting some extra of the corners and a little extra support. Worth the price for sure

No covers for all the bolts holding the bed together, so it looks kinda weird (not listed in the packing info either, so it wasn't missing). The drawer is supposed to rest on the floor, but they're not good wheels for my carpet. Most of the pieces were scratched a little bit/not finished well. There were no pre drilled holes on the bed frame for the drawer stoppers or wooden slats. Overall for the price I expected slightly better quality but wasn't expecting great. The drawer bottom is two long very flimsy pieces of particle board, as only one drawer with two dividers. The no covers for the bolts and the drawers resting on the floor are the most frustrating but I'll be keeping it anyways for the guest room.

This Twin Size Daybed is a fantastic addition to my dorm room. The solid pinewood frame not only looks chic but also feels very durable. The job of putting this bed together was a lot I will admit but I did it with little to no help. I'm an independent builder and really only have people help me if I literally cannot move something myself because women can be builders too. Putting this bed together alone took me all weekend but I stopped multiple times because I was doing other things. Literally everything and I mean everything has to be put together, there is not one piece that is already semi together but I did it and it came out great. I would advise making sure to have an electric drill because screwing things by hand was apart of the reason I took so long due to my hands being sore. For my 7 yo who is easing her way to sleeping alone this works for now. If 2 people are putting it together I am sure this can be completed within 2-4 hours and more efficiently but alone it does take time and can be a little difficult keeping everything sturdy will trying to screw pieces together.
