The media could not be loaded. Setup was easy but the product is defective. Nothing on the top or bottom for step "H" bars to stay in place.

For start, the installation was super easy, the sides all easily fold open with a connector in the middle. It came with the wrench(es) necessary to make adding each of the secure screws with ease. There are four "quadrants" in which you add the cross bars. AKA you push about 20 bars in separately with no full lock, but the pressure holds them pretty well down. The metal is very secure and very sturdy. Was a little surprised that the cover didn't go all the way around the frame, but honestly, once it's on the bed itself you don't notice it. The elastic bands on each corner hold the top/cover down pretty well, so I'm not worried about that slipping over time either.
