Very disappointing item/product!!! Original order said nothing about bracket kit not being included. It mentioned only about some “iron stents” not being included. Don’t even know what the stents are for! After having to order the bracket, separately, I just realized that I don’t have the plastic lower chute piece that connects the exapndable chute to the deck! Had to order that separately, too! What a total disappointment in a product!!! Poorly described as to what is included, and what additional pieces need to be ordered. Didn’t have the bracket to attach it to the mower although it was pictured as included

The bagger cover clips were broken. Which hold it to the bracket bar. The vent cover clips were also broken. The cover was only part I needed and had modify it to the bagger bracket. This was way overpriced for the condition.

I don't think this thing is ready for people who buy it right now. It does not come with clear directions, and when you open the box, everything inside feels all over the place, like a tornado. So, to make this thing work properly, you basically have to find extra stuff on your own, which sucks. The main piece is actually nice and works, but the way it was put together is very confusing (especially with no instructions!). ... show more

this product dose not come with mounting brackets for the tractor, or the chute. so i had order everything to mount to the tractor separately. what a pain and I ended paying a bigger total cost than I expected. By saying no iron stents is very misleading,not happy.
