Bought this for the winter and yes, it does work, but it is just a tad small. The precut holes on both sides do slide over the cart side handles but it truly streches the cover to the max and doesn't exactly cover the whole seat. Fits our EZGO nicely. Great value for the money - it’s as good as the $80 one our neighbor bought (theirs’ is a tiny bit thicker, but not $50 thicker) and this one was a better color choice for us. I was skeptical that it would fit because the measurements on the site didn’t seem to make sense compared to my measurements of our cart seat, but knowing I could return it, I took a chance and it worked out. We play year round which includes Pacific NW winter golf AND take our dog along, so this is really nice to have. Like some other reviewers, I haven’t found a pocket, but since we don’t need one I haven’t looked too hard. It’s probably near the handle, which seems to have no other reason to be there (plus it’s on the rear of the seat cover - no idea) if I figure it out I’ll let you know.
