My son loves this bike! But let me qualify that. Delivered on time and super easy to assemble. My son took it out the for the first time on 3/9 and everything worked great, he had a blast. Took it out the very next day, for the second time, and it won’t accelerate much at all on a full charge. Maybe the throttle is broken after one use. Super disappointing product thus far. Waiting to hear back from customer service.
